Hallett Cove is one of Australia's most outstanding geological and archaeological sites, recording an Australian ice age some 280 million years ago and providing a treasure chest of more than 1,700 Aboriginal artefacts.
Magnificently developed glacial pavements along the northern cliff tops are recognised as the best record of Permian glaciation in Australia and being of worldwide significance. The park also conserves native flora and fauna and has a beach for swimming and fishing.

Hallett Cove Conservation Park is a protected area in the Australian state of South Australia located in the suburb of Hallett Cove, South Australia on the coast of Gulf St Vincent about 22 kilometres (14 miles) south of the centre of the state capital of Adelaide.
Hallett Cove is one of the best known geological sites in Australia and is known for its international significance. The area has been declared a Geological Monument by the Geological Society of Australia and placed on the South Australian Heritage Register for its educational and scientific significance.

What’s on at Hallett Cove Conservation Park: new access trails
Hallett Cove Conservation Park has been upgraded to be more accessible for people with reduced mobility or using wheelchairs or prams.
The park’s new trail now has a non-slip surface, a wider area and reduced gradient so that even more people can enjoy the park and connect with nature.

Hallett Cove Conservation Park - Winter 2017
An experiment with a cinematic aspect ratio, mixing footage from two 4K cameras - using tips gleaned from Captain Cornelius (Drone Film Guide). I used a Cinelike profile with sharpness tuned down then graded in Premiere Pro. I like it and hope you do to.
Note: I operated under the CASA guidelines for sub 2Kg at all times.

Hallett Creek- Hallett Cove -Adelaide-South Australia
Hallett Creek is located just south of Hallett Cove Beach and runs into the Gulf St Vincent.
The Creek forms part of the 'Field River' an urban watercourse which stretches into steeply inclined undeveloped land and was quarried in the 20th century.
In 1992 the fossil remains of the worlds largest marsupial the Diprotodon were discovered on the banks of the Field River, the fossil is at least 70,000 years old.
