Sugure Soup
The sugure meat from beef is a special area under the neck which has a chewy and unique texture and taste. The meat has low cholesterol and therefore is great for soups and various dishes. It is good for anemia, joint problems, and skin health.
Upo Wetland is the largest natural swamps in South Korea that has over 1,000 species living in its murky waters. There are plants as well as various aquatic plants and hydrophytes. It is called as an ‘Ecology Museum’ due to its significant habitat.

여러분 화암사를 아시나요? 완주군 경천면 불명산 자락에 고요히 숨어있는 작은 절인데요. 그곳이 얼마나 좋았는지 안도현 시인은 내 사랑 화암사 라는 시에서 찾아가는 길은 굳이 알려주지 않겠습니다. 라고 했습니다. 굳이 알려주지 않겠다니까 더 가고 싶어지죠. 오늘 저와 함께 화암사로 가보실까요? 구메구메 봄바람이 들락거리는 이 산 어딘가에 바위 위에 핀 꽃이라 불리는 절 화암사가 있습니다. 길이 차츰차츰 깊은 산속으로 빨려 들어갑니다. 한줄기 계곡을 따라 오르다 보면 어느 틈엔가 슬쩍 화암사가 보입니다. 가장 먼저 보이는 우화루의 수수한 민낯이 오랜 세월을 말해줍니다. 2층 건물로 보이지만 극락전 앞에서 보면 1층 단층이에요. 우리 자연을 훼손하지 않고 자연 친화적으로 설계되어서 자연을 보호하면서 이렇게 아름다운 건물을 장식할 수 있는 반누각식으로 건물이 지어졌어요. 그래서 그런지 자연 풍광에 정말 잘 녹아나는 그런 느낌이에요. 화암사에는 절의 대문 역할을 하는 일주문이 없습니다. 대신 우화루의 수수한 첫인상에 마음의 문이 열리고요. 마당 안쪽에 자리한 극락전의 조용한 위엄에 절로 고개가 숙여집니다. 국보로 지정될 만큼 중요한 건물이면 뭔가 특별한 곳이 있을 텐데. 어딘지 제 눈에는 눈에 안 띄어요. 용의 머리와 여의주를 움켜쥔 용의 발의 형상을 하고 있고요. 이 부재가 건물 안으로 깊이 드리워져 있어요. 그래서 지붕의 무게를 줄여주고 처마의 무게를 줄여주는 역할을 해요. 그래서 처마를 일반 건물보다 이렇게 길게 내밀 수 있는 건축을 할 수 있어요. 제가 좀 신기한 것을 지금 발견했는데 여기 부지가 넉넉하지 않았는지 처마 끝이 닿을락 말락 가까이 있어요. 네, 하늘에서 보면 입 구(口)자 형식으로 된 건물이라서 답답할 거라고 생각들을 하시는데 높이로 조절을 해서 트임의 효과를 볼 수 있는 그런 공법으로 설계가 되어서 아주 편안함과 아늑함을 느낀다고들 해요. 구름 아래 잘 늙은 절 한 채 그것이 바로 화암사입니다.

Unearthed 2,000-Year-Old Sword Still in Mint Condition
Archeologists in central China's Henan Province recently discovered an over 2,000-year-old sword that was still glittering in mint condition when being unearthed.
The sword was found in a coffin which was excavated in mid-December 2016 from a tomb in the ancient Chengyang City Archaeological Site Park in today's Xinyang City of Henan. The tomb dates back to the Warring States Period (475 BC-221 BC).
Archeologists then transferred the well-preserved coffin to a museum of the archaeological site and found the sword next to a human skeleton in the coffin.
According to the preliminary judgments of the archeologists, the 47-cm-long sword was made of bronze and belonged to a senior official in the Warring States Period.
The ancient city of Chengyang was built over 2,700 years ago.

As one of Japan's last remaining swordsmiths, Korehira Watanabe has honed his craft for 40 years while attempting to recreate the mythical Koto sword.
Korehira Watanabe is one of the last remaining Japanese swordsmiths. He has spent 40 years honing his craft in an attempt to recreate Koto, a type of sword that dates back to the Heian and Kamakura periods (794-1333 AD). No documents remain to provide context for Watanabe's quest, but he believes he has come close to creating a replica of this mythical samurai sword.
