HORRIBLE SLEEPER BUS VIETNAM - Hanoi
HORRIBLE SLEEPER BUS VIETNAM - Hanoi
After spending a week in Hanoi it was time to head north. We booked some cheap tickets on a sleeper bus and we had one hell of an experience! Yes, overall, it was a horrible experience. After this we tried hard to avoid any other sleeper buses. It could have been much worse, so we're grateful it wasn't. Have you had any crappy travel experiences??

How bad is the 24h bus ride between Vientiane and Hanoi?
I took the sleeper bus from Vientiane (Laos) to Hanoi (Vietnam). After reading a couple of blogs where it was described as the journey from hell, I thought it would be interesting to make a video sharing my experience. It wasn't that bad in the end.

REVIEW - Vietnam Sleeper Bus (Open Tour Bus)
A review of the Vietnam Sleeper Bus we took from Saigon to Mui Ne, and then from Mui Ne to Nha Trang.
Weird beds, bad music, maniac roads, but all good.....kinda
Our Longest Bus Trip Yet (Hanoi to Da Nang, Vietnam)
From Hanoi to Da Nang, is a 16-hour bus ride and it's our longest yet! We meet some great locals that help us along the way and our destination makes up for the cramped seats.
Watch and see how we do!

Raised in the mountains of Colorado, we met working for the United States Olympic Committee and fell in love! Not long after that, we moved to downtown Denver and in our first year living in the city, we caught our travel bug. We started making videos, starting with Alex's first trip to Europe. We fell in love with travel, culture, and food. That was all it took, 2 years in the making we decided we were ready to take off to Southeast Asia and travel.
We wanted to document all our travels mostly for us to look back on and laugh, but also for others to learn and enjoy as well. Our goal is to travel all over the world. This is the beginning of our life of travel, who knows where it will take us but that's the exciting part! We're incredibly thankful to everyone who has supported us and blessed to be able to do what we love every day. Thanks for joining us!

HOW TO: Northern Vietnam - Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa | The Travel Intern
If you’re a first-timer to Vietnam, or considering heading to Vietnam, HESITATE NO LONGER — We present to you, the HOW TO guide for Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa).
Check our listicle here too:
We really enjoyed Northern Vietnam because… CITY, SUN, NATURE, ALLLLL in one region!
So first off, we start with:
HANOI — The bustling city of culture, history and yummy food!
00:29 - Tran Quoc Pagoda
00:35 - Banh Mi 25
00:38 - Hanh Ngan De (this was our favourite food stop in Hanoi. Get the dry noodles with Muscovy Duck. 10/10)
00:42 - Quan Hoa Beo (you cannot miss out on Hanoi’s desserts!!!)
00:47 - Hanoi Train Track Cafe
00:58 - Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
01:07 - Citadels & Karsts Tour with Klook (We visited Ninh Binh — the locals call it Halong Bay on land, and had a superrrrr generous and scrumptious lunch at a local homestay!)
01:30 - MF Spa Hanoi
Next up:
HALONG BAY — Lead the chill, luxe life onboard a cruise around Halong Bay for at least 2D1N!
01:49 - Halong Bay Deluxe Cruise with Klook (perfect time to unwind, for realties)
01:58 - Titop Island
02:00 - Luon Cave and surroundings
Finally:
SAPA — Home to the tallest mountain in Vietnam, it’s time to get your activewear on and soak in the vastness and beauty of Mother Nature!
02:23 - Mount Fansipan (it’s completely doable to climb the mountain with a local guide! Tiring of course, but so worth it!! We did it over 2D1N.)
02:39 - Love & Silver Waterfalls Tour with Klook
YOU’RE ALL SET!!

24 HOUR SLEEPER BUS TO HANOI, VIETNAM
Follow my travels -
10th - 11thth May 2015 - Travel Vlog 88
We had a quick stopover in Vientiane, Laos before embarking on a 24 hour bus journey into Vietnam! The journey was quite comfortable on a modern bus but the locals on board insisted on playing extremely loud music throughout!
Hanoi - Sapa. HORRENDOUS Day time sleeper bus & Sapa town. Vietnam.
A treacherous journey on the day time, coffin like sleeper bus, after 2 hours it gets uncomfortable! Spending the evening in SAPA admiring all the lights and surroundings!
