One of the hidden gems in Lake Forest, CA: Heritage Hill Historical Park's 4.1 acres includes , four fully restored and furnished historic buildings that span the early history of the Saddleback Valley and El Toro area from the Mexican Rancho era (Serrano Adobe, circa 1863), to the founding of the town of El Toro (El Toro Grammar School, 1890; St. George's Episcopal Mission, 1891), through the citrus farming days of the early twentieth century (Harvey Bennett Ranch House, 1908).

Candlelight Walk at Heritage Hill Historical Park
Each December, Heritage Hill Historical Park in Lake Forest hosts the Candlelight Tour. Guests can get in the holiday spirit at this historic park in a unique, once-a-year event. More than 1,000 luminaria light the park’s pathways as strolling carolers and musicians fill the air with music. Activities include crafts, storytelling and visits with Santa.

Halloween at Heritage Hill takes place on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22 and again on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Admission is only $6 per person (children 4 and under free). Concessions are available.
Heritage Hill is a living history site in Green Bay, Wisconsin comprised of over 25 historic buildings and interpreting history from the 1600s-1900s. It is open to the public from May through September as well as special events, and offers educational programming and private event space year round.

Heritage Hill invites the public to a fun, family event celebrating Belgian, Polish, German, French, Irish, and the Native American people on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 10am-4:30pm. Enjoy live music with the Clete Bellin Orchestra and Junge Kameraden German Band from Plymouth High School. Watch the Oneida Nation Smoke Dancers and Irish Dancers. Visit with members of the Polish Heritage Society, Belgian American Club, Seymour Dairy Products, Evergreen Quilters and the Oneida Nation.
Make cheese, rope and sauerkraut. Have fun playing historic games, crafts and many other hands on activities!

Let’s party like it’s 1869! On Friday, May 10, 2019, A-Train4014 Productions made a special trip to Promontory Summit in Utah to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the first Transcontinental Railroad in the United States of America. The weather was beautiful and it was a full house. While we were there, Central Pacific “Jupiter” 60 and Union Pacific 119 reenacted the historical photo back in 1869 along with actors to replicate what happened on that historical day. In addition, Utah governor, Gary Herbert along with other U.S. Senators and Utah Representatives were present and even gave a few words including “tapping” the Golden Spike during the ceremony. Even though the crowd got a bit rough, we still were privileged to be at Promontory Summit on the 150th Anniversary of the first Transcontinental Railroad. Coming up, stay tuned for more special footage from our trip out on the road and it’s a big one. Enjoy this special presentation!
