25 Things to do in Barcelona, Spain | Top Attractions Travel Guide Video Transcript:
This week we are exploring another Spanish city. We are in Barcelona and this video is going to highlight 25 things to do here.
It is kind of hard to believe our time in Barcelona has expired. So final thoughts.
Well, it was a really fun city to visit. Great architecture, really nice beaches. It is very lively especially at night. The only downfall is that we were here in the middle of summer so it was super hot and super crowded and sometimes that made it a little bit difficult to enjoy. Especially at midday or in the mid-afternoon. So keep that in mind. Maybe consider visiting in the springtime, fall, winter.
Well, so what did you think of the city?
It is definitely a fun city. We had a lot of fun going to the beaches. One thing that is really different about this city compared to some other European cities though is that it is really spread out. In order for us to visit all of these different attractions we had to chunk them together into groups to visit them day by day. Overall, it was a decent city. It didn't quite click with me the same way that Madrid did. But that is just personal preference I suppose.
And that is a wrap for Barcelona! Our 5 days in the city flew by, and while this guide didn't cover everything, we hope we were able to give you a feel of what this fun seaside city has to offer. As always, if you have any suggestions of things to do around town, feel free to add them in the comments below. And if you want to catch our latest travel videos, don't forget to hit subscribe!

Barcelona vs Real Madrid (5-0)
Barcelona 5-0 Real Madrid ( Xavi, Pedro, David Villa*2, Jeffren)
Real Madrid were humiliated in the El Clasico on November 29, 2010 as Barcelona thrashed them 5-0 at the Nou Camp. The Spanish Prime Minister had predicted a 4-2 for Barcelona, but the Catalans did even better as they thrashed Los Blancos 5-0.
It was billed as a Messi vs Ronaldo game, and Messi clearly won this one.
Sergio Ramos also got sent off for Real Madrid.

FC Barcelona – SCC Napoli (4-0) HIGHLIGHTS
Ann Arbor, Michigan — For 47 minutes on Saturday at Michigan Stadium, it appeared that Napoli and Barça were headed for a scoreless draw. Then, in the blink of an eye, it was all over.
Clinging to a 2-1 aggregate lead after Wednesday’s triumph in Miami, and with the second half barely underway, the Catalans scored four times in 15 minutes to run up a 6-1 aggregate lead over Napoli, for all intents and purposes clinching the La Liga Serie A Cup with over 25 minutes to play.
Luis Suárez opened the scoring in the 48th when he set Antoine Griezmann free on a give-and-go, only to see Griezmann’s shot saved before Suárez swooped in to stash home the rebound.
Eight minutes later, in the 56th, Griezmann notched his first Barça goal from the doorstep following an assist from Jordi Alba.
Just two more minutes went by when Suárez scored his team-leading third goal of the preseason in the 58th, providing a clinical finish with a one-time shot from just outside the area that curled past the outstretched arms of the goalkeeper and into the upper right corner.
Ousmane Dembélé rounded out the onslaught in the 63rd, finishing with a low shot from the right edge of the area, back across the box and into the lower left corner.
It was a remarkable quarter-hour for FC Barcelona, which for the first time this preseason did not make any substitutions at the half, as manager Ernesto Valverde chose to keep his starting XI on the field in their final match before Friday’s La Liga opener at Athletic Club Bilbao.
THE BIG HOUSE
The win over Napoli was consummated at the biggest stadium Barça has ever played in. Michigan Stadium, on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, has a capacity for 107,601, and is the biggest stadium in the United States — and the second biggest in the world.
Attendance here on Saturday was announced as 60,043. With fans dispersed throughout the cavernous seating bowl, one of the game’s most curious moments came midway through the first half, when during a water break match officials posted a message on the Michigan Stadium jumbotrons encouraging fans to “feel free to move down closer to the field and fill in any empty seats.” Within seconds, thousands of fans began percolating down the stands, making for a more energetic atmosphere throughout the rest of the match.

Take a tour of House of Bones, Barcelona - part of the World's Greatest Attractions series by GeoBeats.
Hi, I am Naomi and I am very excited to show you the world's greatest attractions.
The curving exterior of Barcelona's Casa Batlló astounds with it's irregular beauty.
The building was designed in 1904 by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi.
Locals have named it the House of Bones because of it's bone-like pillars.
The building's interiors are every bit as curvilinear as it's facade.
Intended as a residence, it now serves as a museum and event space.
Its sculptural roof is said to represent St. George and the dragons.
Even the highest peaks of Casa Batlló show the finest of detail.
Thank you for watching our Travel Video Series. See you next time.
