Road Trip in Vermont - Vermont Rt. 9
Road trip through Vermont from Bennington to Brattleboro, passing through a few picturesque small New England Towns, Wilmington, Hogback mountain overlook and Brattleboro. It is a very scenic driving especially during foliage season. In Brattleboro, I stopped in Gallery in the Woods , a very nice place with lots of creative arts.

SEVT (old DVTA) MOOver 10 (eastbound) arriving in Wilmington, VT
Southeast Vermont Transit (SEVT) is the public transportation network serving Windham County, Vermont, southern Windsor County, and parts of southern Bennington County by local bus. The agency was born in July 2015 when the more localized Connecticut River Transit, doing business as the Current (including the former Brattleboro BeeLine), and the Deerfield Valley Transit Association, doing business as the MOOver, merged.

The Mythic Route 100 (200 miles in 2 minutes)
Route 100, called the most scenic in New England, and the Skiers' Highway, since it links Vermont's sheeny legends -- Snow, Killington, Sugarbush, Stowe, -- like pearls in a necklace. Our journey takes us from Wilmington in the south, all the way to the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe in the north. Along the way watch out for moose, syrup, and other mythic creatures.
This is the anti-interstate, a coiling, slender, obscenely picturesque path that cuts up the backbone of the state, salamandering along racing rivers and through time-smoothed mountain bowls. It's a fidgety, dithering motorway, ever on the verge of the linear, only to turn its mind in a mile.

Welcome to Green Mountain National Forest
I think this would be my favorite place by far to visit, there was many nice hikes and areas. My campsite was right next to Big Branch River and our daily walks would often go down to the river. At night I could hear the river in the background and the sounds of birds in the morning.

TRAIL RUN TO FIRE TOWER
Today I visit Molly Stark State Park in Wilmington Vermont to do a short trail run up to the top of Mount Olga to find an old fire tower. Done in early April, but conditions still proved to be winter on the mountain.. Episode 1 of the Wonderside Vlog.
