Because we wanted to save the best for last, The Universal Studios Hollywood experience was left at the end of our Los Angeles trip.
Universal Studios Hollywood is a film studio and theme park in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles County, California.
So, we are still in California for this fabulous tour which always shows you the unexpected just around the corner. You’ll see! Come and join us, you don’t wanna miss our top things to do at Universal Studios!
First, Universal Studios was such a unique place! So much entertainment all in one! WHAT TO EXPECT? Thrilling Theme Park rides and shows, a real working movie studio, many cinematic secrets revealed in one day and… many actors on site! Universal Studios is just incredible! You have to try this experience if you are in LA!
Find a full day of action-packed entertainment all in one place: thrilling Theme Park rides and shows, a real working movie studio, and Los Angeles' best shops, restaurants and cinemas at CityWalk. Universal Studios Hollywood is a unique experience that's fun for the whole family.
For the movies fans like us, the classic tour will be a real must!
Here are some of the highlights of our route!
If you’re a big Universal movies fan, you will feel like you are in Heaven. It was fun to see some of their classic film sets, but you'll also learn about how the movies are made while you're being entertained. Cool, isn’t it?
One of the best and most dangerous live shows we’ve seen here was the WaterWorld. It was like a real adventure movie set, played in front of the public. So impressive! Have a look!
All the special effects were spotless and everything looked so real! We can def tell we are at the Universal Studios!
And exactly when we were thinking we’ve seen it all… one more show pops up!
And if you were thinking that was it, actually the real fun starts only now! All their best movies are having thrilling rides and 4 D experiences. Let’s start with the easiest and funniest one, The Minions!
Another fun one was the Simpsons Ride!
From now on, all the rides are getting really serious, and this is the reason why I wasn’t able to capture exactly the best part of each ride.. it was almost impossible to film while the 4D mode was activated.
Anyway, we’ve made our top five rides:
5.The post-apocalyptic world of AMC's The Walking Dead. This attraction made us fighting for survival!
4..The Jurassic Park River Adventure would be the number four ride on our top!
3. Transformers
The Transformers 3D ride was a very dark and crazy one, full of spins and fights in a virtual world, so there was no point to try to film it. Instead, the robots at the entrance are pretty fun, as you can see!
2. The mummy
The second favorite ride called Revenge of the Mummy was the such a scary rollercoaster! I will say only this: Insects, warrior mummies, and fire!
1. The best ride title goes to Harry Potter! If you are a Harry Potter fan, take tissue with you! Harry Potter is the main attraction of Universal Studios and we can def understand why!
Also, The Forbidden journey 4D ride was absolutely amazing in terms of special effects! It was our favorite ride and the best way to end this crazy day at the Studios!!
The gates at the Universal studios are closing at 6pm, so… what else is left to do in Los Angeles regarding movies? The Hollywood Walk of Fame, of course!
If you are around Hollywood this street is def a must!
Besides the stars, you can see plenty of shows and lookalike actors.

⁴ᴷ Walking Tour Magic Castle to Yamashiro Night Market Hollywood | 4K DJI Osmo | Lofi Music
Hey Guys! I hope you enjoy this quick Walking Tour of the Magic Castle to Yamashiro Night Market and Garden. Yamashiro Restaurant is such an amazing place. The Magic Castle is also a great place to visit just make sure you have an invite to go.
Info Found on the LA.Eater.com website.
If there’s a more majestic place to dine in Los Angeles, it would be hard to argue against Yamashiro, the hilltop mansion overlooking Hollywood with one of the grandest restaurants in Los Angeles. It’s been a special occasion destination, an historic structure since 1914 when two brothers who loved Japanese culture built a place to house their Asian artwork.
Yamashiro, which translates to “mountain palace,” took three years to build on a hill nestled 250 feet above the main part of Hollywood. Since then, it’s morphed from a private residence to a secret clubhouse for the 400 Club during the 1920s, where Hollywood’s social class gathered.
During the 1940s the building was converted into a World War II military school and in 1948, Yamashiro’s previous owner Thomas O. Glover acquired the property. Glover planned to raze the beautiful structure and convert it into a hotel, but discovered ornate details and silk wallpaper beneath plywood and paint. During the military school years, many of the Japanese details were covered up. Glover opened a cocktail lounge in one of the back rooms and charged $1 for membership at the “Hollywood Hill Club.” Because of the bar’s popularity, it kept growing until New Year’s Eve in 1963, when Thomas’s son Tom Glover officially opened Yamashiro as a full-fledged restaurant.
The Magic Castle Information: (all info from Wikipedia)
The Magic Castle, located at 7001 Franklin Avenue in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles, California, is a nightclub for magicians and magic enthusiasts, as well as the clubhouse for the Academy of Magical Arts. It bills itself as the most unusual private club in the world.
Only members and their guests are allowed entrance, though courtesy invitations can be obtained by magicians visiting from out of town. During a typical evening there are numerous magic shows and historic displays, as well as a full service dining room and numerous bars. The atmosphere is reminiscent of classic night club days, and a strict dress code is enforced.
A Chateaux-style residence, the Castle was built by real-estate investor Rollin B. Lane in 1909, who leased the building to magicians Milt, Bill and Irene Larsen in 1961. The Larsen family converted the building to its present state, and opened the Castle's doors on January 2, 1963.

Guitar Center is well known for carrying a variety of music gear, and their Los Angeles location is a particular highlight. The music store is massive and I really enjoyed seeing everything they had to offer.
Hope you enjoy this brief and impromptu tour of Guitar Center in Los Angeles! If you're in the area, visit them at 7425 Sunset Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90046, United States.
