Xi'an (西安) - Huaqing Hot Spring (华清池)
Take a day trip out of Xi'an to the historical site of Mt. Lishan and the Huaqing Hot Springs in this short video. This mountain resort provided R&R for countless Chinese Emperors, with plenty of natural hot springs and beautiful scenery. For more modern history, you can see the place where Chiang Kai-shek hid from the Communists during the Xi'an Incident of 1936. On your way out to see the Terra Cotta Warriors, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

Lữ khách sẽ được thưởng ngoạn cung điện tường tím mái vàng bên hồ Cửu Long rộng 5.300 m2, xa xa là ngọn Ly Sơn thẳng đứng.
Không xa bức tượng là những bể tắm hoàng gia thuở xưa, trong đó được chú ý nhất vẫn là hai bể được truyền là của Đường Minh Hoàng và Dương Quý Phi úm nhau khi xưa.
Mùa hè cũng như mùa đông, bà con đều có thể bắt xe bus hay taxi đến thẳng khu này, khí hậu na ná nhau. Phần để ngắm cảnh tuyệt đẹp, phần thư giãn trong dòng suối nóng từ lòng đất vẫn được dẫn lên vài bể nhỏ bên cạnh để du khách rửa tay, rửa mặt, cảm giác như mình là vua và thuộc hàng mỹ nữ xịn sò nhất.
Nếu có sức khỏe, mọi người đừng quên leo lên các bậc thang, phóng tầm mắt trên đỉnh núi cao chót vót và nhẹ nhàng mua vé cáp treo đi xuống. Khung cảnh của Tung Của thì các bạn đã biết rồi đấy, không quá lộng lẫy như phim nhưng cũng đủ làm các bạn há hóc mồm đê mê và tha hồ pose hàng trăm bức ảnh cùng người thương hehe

For my second day in Xi'an, China (Shaanxi Province), I went to the famed UNESCO Terracotta Warriors pits! They are right by the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, Huaqing Palace, and Lishan. Each place has its own history - some from almost 2,000 years ago!

Tang Dynasty Dinner Show - Opening Huaqing Palace
The first number performed by the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Xi'an, China. Features many Chinese instruments and a bit of singing. The program description says: Huaqing Palace concert by Chinese traditional musical instruments. Located by the foot of the mountain Lishan, the Huaqing Palace used to be the palace of the Tang emperors. It describes the conviviality in the palace.

長恨歌表演場地~
長恨歌在華清宮景區裡面表演，裡面有著名的華清池，據說就是當年楊貴妃來泡溫泉的地方。
華清宮景區，進去玩是要門票的。如果你只想看秀不想玩，那就傍晚再來。這個華清宮景區約5:30左右會開始清場，然後大概7點多就會開放給要看秀的人進場。

Black Girl in China | Vlog #10: Xi'an | Terra-cotta Warriors, Tandem Biking on the City Wall...
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to travel to Xi'an, China. It has a very rich history, as it was the country's former capital for 10 dynasties.
The first stop on the trip was visiting the Xi'an City Wall. It turned into a day trip, as it was impossible to find the entrance to the wall, which was through a museum. Once on the wall, we rented a tandem bike and spent three hours biking 9 miles around the whole perimeter. SUPER FUN (but tiring lol)!!!
We left the wall at night, which was really a sight to see. All of the buildings and historic sites in the city light up at night, glowing in the dark, pure beauty. Coincidently, we ran into a street performance on our way home that was magical.
Then, we got the chance to visit the Terra-cotta warriors. Even arriving to the site at dawn, it was PACKED! The tour guide said the museum had about 10,000 people in attendance when we were there. It was complete chaos, but it was nice seeing the 8th Wonder of the World.
Lastly, we visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Huaqing Palace, which has a very interesting story regarding the emperors very open love for his combine. There is a statue dedicated to her I highlighted in the video. I ended my last day at the Bell Tower, but didn't get a chance to go inside because it closed early, it was still great to see.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would say that Xi'an is my favorite of all the cities I visited in China. LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and SHARE, for more content!
