Ginella's Journey: Myrtle Beach Golf Trip
Golf Channel's Matt Ginella has made a name for himself by visiting the best places to play golf in the world. Fortunately for us, we get to go with him! On this 2014 episode of The Morning Drive, Ginella enjoys a trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for some fun both on the course, and off. In fact, some viewers have said he should have played and reviewed more Myrtle Beach golf courses, but it's fun seeing what you can do after the round too.
With over 100 golf courses stretched out along more than 60 miles of beautiful coastline, Myrtle Beach, SC has become one of the main golf hubs of America. Serving 3 million rounds per year, and hundreds of thousands of different swings, I stared my trip in need of some golf tips. The video begins with a visit with Allen Terrell, Director of Golf Coaching at the Dustin Johnson Golf School in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. (On location at the TPC Myrtle Beach Golf Club) Allen takes me through a golf drill that's particularly beneficial for amateur golfers called The Step Drill, and it sounds a lot like what it is.
Once the golf tips are done, Ginella moves on to one of his favorite golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area, The Heritage Club.
If you're looking for enlightenment on your trip to Myrtle Beach, watch as Ginella has a guided tour of one of the area's most popular - and natural - attractions: Huntington Beach State Park. With alligators, a national landmark called Atalaya, and 2,500 acres to explore and learn about, there's plenty to do at this beautiful park.
Join in for some deep sea fishing fun, and then play a round with Reggie Sanders, former Major League Baseball player. Sanders has retired to the Myrtle Beach area, and has founded the To Live Beyond charitable effort.

Five Fun Things to do in Myrtle Beach SC not at the Beach | ZEPHYR TRAVELS - RV Lifestyle
We recently spent some time in Myrtle Beach, SC and compiled this list of our top five fun things we like to do during our visit when we are not at the beach.
1️⃣ Every visit should include a stop at Broadway at the Beach. This place has every thing for a day of family fun, from shopping to amusement park rides and theme restaurants. A great place to spend a day.
2️⃣ Hollywood Wax Museum. This is our first wax museum visit and we had a lot of fun! You can pose with the wax figures and get your picture with your favorite celebrities. A good place to spend an afternoon or evening.
3️⃣ Huntington Beach State Park is one of the nicest state park in the area. Campsites are highly sought after and the park offer a awesome stretch of beach, hiking trails.
4️⃣ Segway Rentals. There are number of places you can rent a Segway and tour places like Huntington Beach State Park.
5️⃣ Miniature Golf - Myrtle Beach is known as a golf getaway and there is a miniature golf on almost ever corner. Many of these offer a play all day price.
