Tuileries garden in Paris - Le jardin des Tuileries à Paris
The Tuileries Garden, sometimes called the Tuileries Gardens in the plural, is a Parisian park of the 1st arrondissement created in the sixteenth century on the site of ancient tileries that gave it its name. It is the largest and oldest French-style garden in the capital, which used to be that of the Tuileries Palace, a former royal and imperial residence.

Balade au jardin des Tuileries
A day in Paris, Jardin des Tuileries. An interview with French youth.
According to recent estimates, the population of the city of Paris is 2,241,346. The surrounding suburbs is estimated to be around 10.5 million, which makes it the most populous urban area in the European Union. More immigrants live in Paris and its surrounding cities than they do in the rest of France. In fact, 20% of the Parisian population consists of first generation immigrants, and at least 40% of children who live in Paris have one parent who was a first generation immigrant. The surrounding suburbs such as department 93, in the northeast of the city, many young people live in concrete housing projects known as cités, amid joblessness, crime, and isolation from the broader French culture. The psychological distance between the 93 and the central Paris is immense...Last summer, I attempted to conduct a similar interview in Saint-Denis, a northern suburb of Paris, but I was I was faced with hostility because I had a camera. Here's an interview with a group of young French people enjoying a day at Jardin des Tuileries, in the heart of Paris. Enjoy!!!

Le Jardin des Tuileries. April in Paris, chestnuts in blossom, time for new starts.
Ah, April in Paris. There is even a song about it, right? While Paris is starting to recover from winter in March, it truly begins to shine in April. Everything is green or in bloom and everyone’s in a good mood despite the chilly weather. A photographer's dream... It’s one of my favorite spots to relax amongst the hustle and bustle of the 1st arrondissement, too! Spring is one of the best times to visit the garden as the tulips and the beautiful trees are in full flower, and the colors are simply stunning! ! Great street style examples too....1:35, leopard print pants and a camel coat, a gray light coat, sunglasses and a pink headband, the most suitable attire for the weather. Trench coats are also very popular this time of the year, 5:58. Another great outfit at 9:07, capris pants, a camel coat, white sneakers and a leopard print scarf, of course. For those of you traveling to Paris, don't forget to pack a warm coat, a wool scarf and an umbrella. This is am amazing time to enjoy Paris. April in Paris, this is a feeling that no one can ever reprise...
