Catering BBQ at Joe Gibbs Racing in Huntersville, NC for C5 Insight
Did a nice barbecue lunch for the folks at C5 Insight in Huntersville North Carolina at Joe Gibbs Racing. The menu was our popular hand pulled pork, chopped all white meat BBQ chicken, baked beans, fresh slaw, mac and cheese and assorted sauces. Of course they had some texas bread to make sandwiches, also Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea and they specially requested Bread Pudding for Dessert. We brought everything out, set it up by 11:20...their ready to eat time was 11:30am. FARMERS BBQ ftw

Life Sentence: A Pioneering Prison Reform
The College at Southeastern has teamed up with the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NCDPS), NCI, and Game Plan for Life (GPL). Game Plan for Life is the non-profit organization started and funded in part by Joe Gibbs, owner of Joe Gibbs Racing in Huntersville, NC.
We want to train men of faith to be transformative in the prison culture from the inside out. Upon completion of the Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry, graduates will be grouped into teams and assigned to various prisons in the state of North Carolina, where they can hold a range of responsibilities in the prison. These can include providing counseling, mentoring new inmates, suicide watch and performing funerals.

About Huntersville
Huntersville is a large town in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 46,773 at the 2010 census, which makes Huntersville the 19th largest municipality in North Carolina.
It is thought that the town derives its name from the Rev. Humphrey Hunter, a minister at Steele Creek and Unity Presbyterian Churches and a local Revolutionary War hero.
In the town the population was spread out with 28.3% under the age of 18, 6.2% from 18 to 24, 40.7% from 25 to 44, 18.6% from 45 to 64, and 6.2% who were 65 years of age or older.
Huntersville is headquarters to the NASCAR race shops of Joe Gibbs Racing. Huntersville is home to the annual Carolina Renaissance Festival, operating Saturdays and Sundays, October and November.
The Carolina Renaissance Festival is one of the largest renaissance themed events in the country and features 11-stages of outdoor variety entertainment, a 22-acre village marketplace, an interactive circus, an arts and crafts fair, a jousting tournament and a feast.

Huntersville is a town in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, United States. A part of the Charlotte metropolitan area, the population was 46,773 at the 2010 census, which makes Huntersville the 19th largest municipality in North Carolina.
