Driving On The Beijing–Hong Kong–Macau Expressway. Self-driving! Road Trip! Driving Trip In China.
The Beijing–Hong Kong–Macau Expressway (also known as G4) is a 2,272.65-kilometre-long expressway (1,412.16 mi) that connects the Chinese cities of Beijing and Shenzhen, in Guangdong province, at the border with Hong Kong. The expressway terminates at the Huanggang Port Control Point in Shenzhen, opposite the Lok Ma Chau border control point in Hong Kong. The connection to Zhuhai at the Macau border is made using the spur line G4W Guangzhou–Macau Expressway, which branches off from the main line in Guangzhou. When the expressway was completed in October 2004, it was China's first completed north-south expressway route.

Wang Wen is a taxi driver in Beijing. He works 24 hours per shift in his car, before passing it off to his partner who will also drive it 24 hours.The income is about 5,000 yuan per month for each driver, but usually 3,000 yuan must be turned over to the taxi company.

CCTV Headquarters & Beijing CBD Tour
The CCTV Headquarters / 中央电视台新 is a 234 m (768 ft), 44-story skyscraper on East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road in the Beijing Central Business District (CBD). The tower serves as headquarters for China Central Television (CCTV) that was formerly at the China Central Television Building located at 11 Fuxin Road some 15 km (9.3 mi) to the west. Groundbreaking took place on 1 June 2004 and the building's facade was completed in January 2008. After the construction having been delayed as result of a fire which in February 2009 engulfed the adjacent Television Cultural Center, the Headquarters has been finally completed in May 2012. The CCTV Headquarters won the 2013 Best Tall Building Worldwide from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
The construction of the building is considered to be a structural challenge, especially because it is in a seismic zone. Rem Koolhaas has said the building could never have been conceived by the Chinese and could never have been built by Europeans. It is a hybrid by definition.
Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren of OMA were the architects in charge for the building, while Cecil Balmond at Arup provided the complex engineering design.
Because of its radical shape, it's said that a taxi driver first came up with its nickname dà kùchǎ (大裤衩), roughly translated as, big boxer shorts. Locals often refer to it as big pants. A Chinese critic said that the structure was modeled after a pornographic image of a woman on her hands and knees, which Koolhaas has officially denied.

A driver rammed his truck 11 times into an SUV that was blocking his way in southern China’s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. He had spent half an hour trying to get in touch with the owner of the SUV, but failed, so he decided to clear the way himself.
Driving between Beijing and Great Wall at Mutianyu
Mutianyu is about an hour drive north of Beijing. We hired a driver who took us Mutianyu and waited about 5 hours and returned us to Beijing. The driver, Mr. Liang, was very polite and helpful. The fee was Y350 and split among the passengers. He does not speak much English. Mobile 133115112344.
