Kadia Dungar Caves Bharuch
Kadia Dungar Caves are located at Kadia Dungar near Zazpor village of Zagadiya Taluka of in Bharuch district of the Indian state of Gujarat. The group has seven caves carved out in 1st and 2nd century AD on the hill. The group includes sculpture of monolithic lion pillars. An architecture of cave shows vihara style construction. The site has brick stupa at the foot of a hill. The caves were carved out in 1st or 2nd century AD. influenced by Buddhist architecture.

Kadia Dungar, near Bharuch. The caves suggest that they were viharas. A Brick stupa was also found in the foothills. These caves were in use during 1st and 2nd century AD.
How to get there
By road: Vadodara, 112 km from Ahmedabad and 420 km from Mumbai, is located on National Highway 8. There are various state transport (ST) buses and private luxury coaches from all over Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Rajasthan. Ahmedabad-Vadodara intercity buses take 2 hours and run every 15 minutes. There are also several private bus companies on or near Station Road. Tickets vary according to the type of bus, but the average rate is Rs 100/- to Ahmedabad and Rs 200/- to Mumbai. You can also rent a car with a driver to explore the city and its surroundings at the Express Hotel. Rates range from Rs. 650/- without air-conditioning to Rs. 2200/- for luxury vehicles, for 8 hrs or 80 km per day.
By rail: Vadodara, a major railway junction is located on the Western Railway, which connects Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad.
By air: Vadodara is connected by various domestic airlines to Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Daman, and Pune.

Gujarat state has many lesser known places and Kadia dungar caves are one of them. Located near Zazpor village of Jhagadia taluka, can be easily reached from the Bharuch city of Gujarat. These seven rock-cut caves are believed to be made from the single mountain (dungar). The best attraction of Kadia dungar caves are their monolithic lion pillars.

Dutch Cemetery Bharuch Gujarat India
The British and Dutch noted Bharuch's importance and established their business centres here. In the 17th century the Dutch and British made it a centre of their cotton purchases in Gujarat and commercial warehouses were established in 1616 and 1618 by the British and Dutch respectively. It is located in kukarvada near bambakhana, vejalpur, Bharuch. It is very hard to find its perfect location. 1st time it take too much time to find it though I m very well known to this area as I used to visit frequently. Take Road from bambakhana to kukarvada. When enter to kukarvada Road split into 2 roads. 1st to dahej right side and second straight to kukarvada. Onward strait you will see small Temple on left side and small Road toward residential area. Take that turn and ask any one about old deries of angrej (this is there local term to identify). Do not use word Dutch Cemetery, cos local people not understand it.
