This film covers everything from Skudeneshavn to Olavs Church. The viking settlements and the old mining community of Visnes. It shows Karmøy's beaches and the exquisite nature.
The film also provides tips and can work as a guide if you choose this island as your destination if you are coming to Norway.
I shot this in 4K with a Panasonic GH4 with a Lumix 12-35mm and a Lumix 100-300mm. Edited in Final Cut Pro and graded with Film Convert.

In diesem Video geht es um meine Norwegen Reise. Es ist der zweite Teil meines Reiseberichtes. In diesem Teil besuche ich die Stadt Haugesund, den Karmoy Beach und Haraldshaugen.
Des weiteren waren wir noch in Stavanger, Bergen und Lofthus.
Wir haben uns in Bergen ein Auto gemietet. Und haben dann einen kleinen Roadtrip durch Norwegen gemacht.
ich kann euch sagen es war wirklich der Hammer :) . Schöne Landschaften, viel Natur. Zwar ist vieles im Vergleich zu Deutschland teurer, aber eine Reise nach Norwegen lohnt dennoch.
Schaut euch das Video an, wenn ihr nach interessanten Reisezielen sucht, nicht wisst wohin der Norwegen Urlaub gehen soll und wenn ihr ein paar Norwegen Reisetipps braucht. Ich hoffe der Reisevlog hilft euch weiter.

Åkrasanden | The best beach in norway! | Norwegian drone footage
Many have been surprised when they make their first visit to Åkrasanden. Åkrasanden can offer white sand beach and a beautiful view out over the sea. If you have not taken the trip yet, I recommend everyone visit the beach, its only a 20 minutes car ride from Haugesund. The average temperature in the water is around 15 degrees celsius at summer time.

A short visit to Haugesund (Norway/Norge)
(EN) Haugesund is a town and municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The town is the main population centre of the Haugaland region in northern Rogaland. The majority of the population of Haugesund lives in the main urban area surrounding the city centre, with the northwestern part of the municipality being fairly rural. Despite being a fairly young town, the areas around Haugesund were lands of power during the Viking Age. Harald Fairhair, the first king of Norway, had his home at Avaldsnes, very close to the present town. Fairhair was buried at Haraldshaugen, a burial mound adjacent to the Karmsundet strait. This site is the namesake of the town and municipality of Haugesund. The national monument at Haraldshaugen was raised in 1872, to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of the Battle of Hafrsfjord in 872. The Battle of Hafrsfjord has traditionally been regarded as when western Norway was unified under a single monarch for the first time.
The urban village area of Haugesund (population: 1,066) was declared to be a town and it was separated from the municipality of Torvastad on 1 February 1855 to become a separate municipality of its own. On 1 January 1911, a small urban area of Skåre (population: 3,847) that directly abutted the town of Haugesund was transferred to Haugesund. On 1 January 1958, the remainder of the municipality of Skåre was merged with the town of Haugesund, creating a larger Haugesund municipality. On 1 January 1965, the island of Vibrandsøy (population: 70) was transferred from Torvastad municipality to Haugesund.
Haugesund has a strong historical bond to the sea and especially the herring. In the earlier years, the coastal waters of Haugesund were a huge source for fishing herring, and the town grew accordingly. The protective straits of Smedasund and Karmsund gave the town potential to grow in both fishing and shipping. Even to this day, Karmsund is one of Norway's busiest waterways. The town is still growing geographically even though the population has increased only moderately the last decade. Today the herring is long gone, and the town is turning more and more towards the petroleum industry, like its neighbouring town to the south, Stavanger.

Lange, seidenweiche Sandstrände in idyllischen Buchten. An einem heißen Sommertag sollten Sie unbedingt einen unserer „Mittelmeerstrände“ aufsuchen, zum Beispiel Sandvesanden bei Skudeneshavn oder Åkrasanden weiter nördlich. Strahlend weißer Sand und sauberes, klares Wasser laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Strände von Karmøy eignen sich für Groß und Klein hervorragend zum Baden, man kann sich entspannen und neue Kräfte sammeln.
Das weite Meer ist bei jedem Wetter sehens- und erlebenswert. Die Strände von Karmøy sind das ganze Jahr lang ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
Åkrasanden wurde im Jahr 2014 zum schönsten Strand Norwegens gewählt. In diesem Sommer wird die renommierte Umweltauszeichnung “Blaue Flagge” gehisst, die eine exklusive internationale Umweltzertifizierung für Strände und Yachthäfen ist.
Der Kultur- und Naturerlebnispfad zwischen Åkrehamn und Ferkingstad führt am Wasser entlang.
Hier finden Sie Strände:
Lahammer, Skudeneshavn (650 m). Eine geschützte, flach ins Wasser abfallende Bucht.
Sandholmen, Syre. Nicht weit vom Bootshafen in Syre entfernt, der Pfad führt zunächst in das Wäldchen hinein. Sandholmen ist ein einladender, natürlicher Badestrand – ein schöner Aufenthaltsort an einem warmen Sommertag. Der kleine, seichte Sandstrand mit umliegenden Grasflächen ist übersichtlich. Mit Kanu oder Kajak kommt man von hier leicht nach Skudeneshavn (2,7 km). Sandholmen ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein lohnendes Wanderziel. Toiletten.
Sandvesanden. Der Sandvesanden ist einer der schönsten Strände von Karmøy, er liegt nördlich von Skudeneshavn (4,8 km) nicht weit von Sandve entfernt. Im Gegensatz beispielsweise zum Åkrasanden ist der Sandvesanden ein kleiner, verdichteter Bereich zwischen hohen Felsrücken im Süden und Norden. Am Sandvesanden leben zahlreiche Pflanzenarten mit einer ganz besonderen Vielfalt in Bezug auf Formen, Farben und Düfte. Hobbybotaniker haben hier ihre wahre Freude, und wer nicht gänzlich uninteressiert ist, sollte ein Bestimmungsbuch mitbringen. So kann man auch die Kinder für die Küstennatur interessieren. Stavastranden. Der Stavasanden und die umliegenden ebenen Flächen sind ein spannendes Stück Norwegen – mit historischen Spuren, Sanddünen, nackten Felsen und dem Auf und Ab der Wellen. Hier gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, sich mit verschiedenen Facetten von Natur und Kultur zu beschäftigen.
Åkrasanden. Åkrasanden war der schönste Strand in Norwegen im Jahr 2014 gewählt! Viele sind bei ihrem ersten Spaziergang über den Åkrasanden überrascht. Dieser lang gestreckte, strahlend weiße Strand ist eine Augenweide vor dem Wasser, und besonders im Sommer fühlt man sich hier wie am Mittelmeer. Daneben ist der Åkrasanden das ganze Jahr lang ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänger und Wanderer. Ein Natur- und Kulturerlebnispfad verbindet das Strandgelände mit Stavasanden und Hop (bei Ferkingstad, 2-3 km weiter südlich) – eine Wanderung im Zeichen der besonderen Sandvegetation, spannender geschichtlicher Spuren, einiger Überreste von Bootshäusern aus der Zeit um 160 n. Chr. und einer Kulturlandschaft, die in Jahrhunderten von Menschenhand beeinflusst und geformt wurde. Mit Toiletten.
Lindøy Friluftsområde. Das Naherholungsgebiet Lindøy ist ein Ausflugsziel für alle Altersgruppen. Diese Insel liegt hell und einladend im Førdesfjord, nicht weit südlich von Røyksund. Naturwanderpfade schlängeln sich durch die leicht hügelige, abwechslungsreiche Insellandschaft. Mit Toiletten.
Aksnesstranda. Der Aksnes-Strand liegt in südlicher Richtung am Førdesfjord, 10-15 Autominuten vom Zentrum Haugesund. Mit Toiletten.
