A Drive Through South Mumbai - from Nana Chowk to Malabar Hill
Enjoy a short 8 minute drive in a car through South Mumbai, starting from the road coming from Grant Road station to Nana Chowk, then passing August Kranti Maidan, Kemps Corner, Nepean Sea Road and finally climbing up to Malabar Hill.
I was driving myself and I kept my mobile phone on the dashboard to record this. The video was taken today itself (Sunday), so the roads were slightly emptier compared to weekdays, but still there were a couple of signals where I had to wait. In the middle there was one signal which was red and I went through it, since I had not noticed it.
I decided to try something new on my channel. Hope you enjoy the drive.

It is usually crowded with families, but they have a lot of seating area.
Double Roti Aur Haleem is traditionally from Uttar Pradesh, though prevalent as a non vegetarian dish, here the vegetarian variant is served. Delicious Haleem made of whole spices in a wheat barley lentil stew served with Pav is an experience in itself. Costing Rs.250/- it is a delight.
Soya Chaap with Malmali Parotha is delicious a soya patty in a tomato based slightly spicy gravy served with soft parotha that blends well with the Soya Chaap.
Nachani Pudding is a simple yet delightful desert straight from the Konkan region. It is neither fried nor baked but just a mix of Jaggery, Nachani and Milk and is topped with nuts which adds the crunchiness to it and is served in a Kulhad.
Cuttak Aloo Dum Dahivada is a dish from Odisha, and is a delight to the tastebuds. Nothing like the typical dahi vada, it’s actually medu vada served with potatoes and gravy and garnished with onions, coriander, peas and sev.
