Tour guide Jenny Drehkhanhn shows Brooke some whale skeletons and has some amazing stories to tell. The museum has plenty of history and is very popular for whale watching with spring being the best time of year for spotting whales in the area.

After a great hike and a wonderful stay at Lake Entrance, it was time to get moving towards Sydney. The next stop was Eden and the killer whale museum. This episode is also blessed with great weather, so Amalie enjoyed the pool a bit.

Set in magnificent Twofold Bay on Australia’s East Coast – Eden is the third deepest natural harbour in the southern hemisphere.
The region is known as the ‘humpback highway’ and every year, between September and November, our waters play host to thousands of humpbacks heading home to Antarctica.
Eden was home to shore-based whaling stations and Old Tom, the legendary killer whale whose story can be discovered at the Eden Killer Whale Museum.
