Toyosaki Chura SUN Beach 豊崎美らSUNビーチ
Toyosaki Chura SUN Beach officially opened in 2010 as the one of the biggest artificial beaches in Okinawa Main Island. The Beach is approx, 700 meters in length, located in Tomigusuku, just 15 minutes by car from Naha Airport. It was named Chura SUN Beach because a beautiful sunset can be seen.
豊崎美らSUNビーチは２０１０年に県内最大級の人工ビーチとしてオープン。全長約700mのこのビーチは豊見城市に位置し、那覇空港から車で１５分。美しい夕日が見れるということから「美らSUNビーチ」と名付けられる。

Nakagusuku Castle Ruins 中城城跡
Nakagusuku Castle was originally built in the 14th century. In 1440, Lord Gosamaru moved into this castle from Zakimi Castle, and then the castle was enlarged in order to prepare for attacks from Lord Amawari of Katsuren Castle.
It is said that World War II caused a little damages to Nakagusuku Castle, unlike many of the other historical sites in Okinawa.
Nakagusuku Castle Ruins is located in Kitanakagusuku, Okinawa. It is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, under the title Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of Ryukyu Kingdom.
中城城は14世紀に建てられ、1440年に座喜味城から護佐丸がこの城に移り、勝連城の阿麻和利からの攻撃に備えるために増築された。
第二次世界大戦では沖縄の他の多くの史跡のような被害は受けなかったという。
中城城跡は北中城村に位置し、「琉球王国のグスク及び関連遺産群」としてユネスコ世界遺産に指定されている。

Mt. Yaedake: Through the Cherry Trees 八重岳〜桜並木〜
Located in Motobu, Mt. Yaedake is famous as one of the best places in Okinawa to see the superb view of cherry blossoms. It is 453 meters above sea level, and you can walk or drive through the cherry trees to the top of the mountain. This cherry tree road continues 4km from the foot to the top.
The cherry blossom season begins as early as January in Okinawa, and it varies every year. After the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it won't take long before they start falling from the trees.
Don't miss it when you have a chance to visit the area at this particular season of the year.
沖縄本島北部の本部町に位置する八重岳は、沖縄で桜を見るのに最も適した場所の一つとして有名。標高453mで、徒歩もしくはドライブをしながら山頂まで桜並木を楽しむことができる。山のふもとから山頂まで約4kmの桜の並木道が続く。
その年の気候によって時期は変わるが、沖縄では桜の季節は1月中頃から始まる。
Fukushu-en Garden 福州園
Fukushu-en Garden, located in Naha, is a chinese style garden which was built in 1992 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the sister city affiliation between Naha and Fuzhou City in China, and the 70th anniversary of Naha's transition into the municipal system.
Everything in there is all Chinese, and you will sense that Okinawa's old culture was undoubtedly influenced by China long ago.

那覇にある福州園は中国様式の庭園で、1992年に中国の福州市との友好都市１０周年の記念として、また那覇市制70周年記念として立てられた。

Zakimi Castle Site 座喜味城跡
Zakimi Castle Site is located in Yomitan, Okinawa. The Castle was originally built in the early 15th century by Lord Gosamaru who played an important role in the unification of the Ryukyu Kingdom by conquering the one of the three kingdoms on Okinawa Main Island. He not only was powerful and loyal to the then king, but he was also known as an outstanding castle architect.
Zakimi Castle Site is designated as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Okinawa under the collective title of Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu.
座喜味城は読谷村に位置する。当時沖縄で三国に分かれていたうちの一つを征服し、琉球王国の統一で重要な役割を果たした護佐丸によって15世紀初頭に築かれた。権力者であり当時の王に忠実だっただけでなく、優れた築城家としても知られていた。
座喜味城跡は「琉球王国のグスク及び関連遺産群」の一つとしてユネスコ世界遺産に指定されている。
