If you follow the news, you may believe only large retailers are at risk of data breaches. Target, Neiman-Marcus, eBay — these are the names that make headlines. In fact, any company that has data is at risk of a data breach. Change account numbers on affected financial accounts, monitor statements closely and report any fraudulent activity immediately. Limit damage from stolen e-mail or log-in information by using unique passwords and changing them regularly. List of all video credits is specified here Industries within Finance and Insurance sector are defined in terms of activities for which a production process can be specified, and many of these activities are not exclusive to a particular type of financial institution. To deal with the varied activities taking place within existing financial institutions, the approach is to split these institutions into components performing specialized services. This requires defining the units engaged in providing those services and developing procedures that allow for their delineation. These units are the equivalents for finance and insurance of the establishments defined for other industries. Since 2006, Better Qualified has helped thousands of clients with their credit. The city government is organized under a council-manager form of government. The current mayor of Flagstaff is Jerry Nabours, who was elected in May 2012, and the current town council consists of the mayor and six councilmembers: Celia Barotz (vice mayor), Karla Brewster, Coral Evans, Jeff Oravits, Scott Overton and Mark Woodson. The city's current city manager is Kevin Burke.[66] Regular meetings of the city council are held on the first and third Tuesday of every month.
Flagstaff is the county seat of Coconino County. Better Qualified works closely with collections attorneys to comb through all of your 3rd party collections in search of violations. When an account is sold to a 3rd party, often times the collection company will violate set regulations. This leaves the consumer paying more than they have to or paying for something that isn’t theirs. Our collection attorneys have not only gotten 3rd party and medical collections removed from our clients reports, but have also succeeded in obtaining cash settlements for some clients as well.

Sedona Arizona what to do on Vacation Visiting
Hold phone portrait and expand view. 1080P
My wife and I visited Sedona Arizona and I wanted to share it so people can get an idea of what you can do out there. We had an amazing time and plan to always return when able.
We stayed in Sedona at The Inn Above Oak Creek which overlooks Oak Creek in the back yard. You are close to everything at this location and in your own part of Sedona when entering the front door. There is a lower courtyard area that you can relax in during the evenings when you need a break. The courtyard has private seating that is waterfront as well as a hammock and gas grill that you are free to use. Very clean, very nice staff and well equipped.
The balloon ride was taken through Northern Light Balloon Expeditions. The pilots are very experienced and really enjoy what they do. This is the full experience of taking the balloon out, getting it prepped and taking off into flight as well as recovery. The recovery is done by crews that follow you. Once you have landed and the balloon is recovered you receive breakfast and there is a traditional toast. The flight happens early in the morning when winds are calm and the sun is coming over the horizon. The flight is over the Coconino National Forest we saw Mule Deer, Owls, Jack and Cottontail rabbits.
Horse riding took place at Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood Arizona. This is located in the Park and done by a very friendly family through Trail Horse Adventures. You are looked after very well and the activities are very professionally done. We took the 1 hour ride where next time we will take the 1.5 hour ride. It was really enjoyable going through the river twice and riding through the forest.
The Canyon which has the red wavy walls in the video is called the Lower Antelope Canyon in Page Arizona. We took the tour through Ken's Lower Antelope Canyon Tour. The guides are very helpful in making the climb into the canyon safe. There are limitations on what you can take with you so check out their website. Booking in advance is a plus as it helps with standing in line since this is a very popular tour. The guides will also help you take photos so you don't end up with just selfie style photos on the trip.
Also in Page Arizona and 10 mins from Antelope Canyon is lake Powell. Lake Powell is a reservoir that in the 450 ft deep part of the canyon makes a water supply for three states. At Antelope Point Marina they offer boat tours up into the narrow water filled parts of the canyon. Its truly amazing and a good time.
West of Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon about 15 minutes there is Horseshoe Bend. This is a bend in the river which carved out this amazing horseshoe shape canyon located in Marble Canyon. Out of all the amazing sites we visited this was in the top three, it's breathtaking.
The meteor crater that we visited is located over an hour east of Flagstaff Arizona in Meteor Crater National Park. Its the worlds most preserved Meteor Crater in the world. The tour we took tells about the scientist that worked many years to prove it was actually a crater instead of a volcano gas explosion. There are a lot of volcanoes in Arizona. They also explain all about the impact, debri fields and the effects of the blast. This is a great experience.
Just west of the Meteor Crater is an exit and place called Two Guns. There is a ghost town just off the exit which is remnants of old route 66 to include a small stretch of the original road. Behind the Route 66 buildings is a historic ghost town called Canyon Diablo. There is an actual canyon named that but also a town which still stands in ruins. If you look up its history you will find many stories about its amazing history, to my wife and I it's history attracted us to it. This is not a park. doesn't have bathrooms or available food or water. This is just a ghost town in the desert although it's filled with history. When you are coming back to Sedona from the the Meteor Crater you can visit Flagstaff which has many great restaurants as well as attractions like the Hopi Indian ruins which are free to enter.
In the video we visited many places in Red Rock State Park located in Sedona, here are some of the names: Oak Creek Canyon, Robbers Roost, Coconino National Forest, Cathedral Rock, Oak Creek, Airport Mesa, Indian Point, and Boynton Canyon. We also visited Vortex sites located at Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock and Boynton Canyon.
The cliff dwelling we went to see is south of Sedona called Montezumas Castle. This was a great experience and worth the drive out.
The restaurant called Haunted Hamburger in the video is located in Jerome. That is a history filled town with amazing view and experiences you could only have in Jerome.

PBR is a green beginner trail that everyone loves. Even though is has an easy rating, it's a really fun trail to bomb. PBR is a 2 mile downhill trail only with no climbing on the descent. PBR is best served fast and cold.
To access, use either the 18 Road and take a right at the roundabout to Frontside or Primecut (I'm not sure what this short section actually is named) and take the route to a 4 way intersection with Primecut, Chutes and Ladders, and PBR. The standard single track route leads up Primecut to that intersection with PBR being on the East Fork of the junction. We took the road. Finally, if you are interested in the Primecut, I have some short clips in the Zippety Do Dah Video.
The trail rides fast and there are a multitude of small jump and tight turns. There is nothing technical about PBR so it's a great trail to ride with introductory riders. Because PBR is one of 18 road's most popular trail it will require some patience. If you want to bomb the trail, pick times early in the morning or late in the evening during peak season, fringe season windows, or the heat of the day in mid summer. Overall, even for the most elite riders, the speed is definitely fun.

Continental Divide Trail / Fatbiking
The last time I tried bikepacking was 2011 in Big Bend State Park. This trip I decided to go to one of my favorite places. Chama, New Mexico. It's always been the gateway to my backpacking trips over the last 30 years in southern Colorado in the Rio Grande National Forest and that section of the Continental Divide Trail. My first time being away from Michelle since her 3rd and final operation for cancer last December. She's doing awesome by the way. I know this isn't my normal backpacking/hiking type of video but I hope you'll enjoy a great adventure. Thanks for watching.

======================================================
2016 was officially the best year of my life, and it all started out with a cross country road trip with this guy. It’s about time you guys all met Chance. Chance and I grew up on the same block back in the day and he has been one of my best friends and go-travel partners ever since. We’ve been on quite a few adventures over the years…. so many that we even have a name for ourselves - the Bagheeras
As most of you know, I’m big into mountain biking, and Chance is really into climbing. We both attempt to crossover, with varying degrees of success, but that doesn’t bother us… when it comes down to it, we just love playing around in the woods.
Last January, we packed up the car and headed out for our most ambitious adventure yet: a 3 week rafting trip down the Grand Canyon followed by a month long road around the south west.
The plan was simple and loose and we were ready for anything. Neither one of us had ever ventured out to the wild west before, so it was high time we did.
We set off from St. Petersburg FL on January 4th and took the southern route across the states. We had 5 days to make it to Flagstaff, where we were meeting up with 8 friends to head out onto the river.
Even the trip out was pretty epic. New Orleans…. Austin…. everything was going smooth. I spoke with my dad one day while in the car. He asked if we had checked the weather recently. “no” I replied, he chuckled. I told you planning was loose, right?
The SW was experiencing the worst snow storm its seen in years. Flagstaff, our destination had snowed a whopping 31 inches that week, and we were heading right for it. We were dodging and weaving through snow storms as whoever wasn’t driving had their eyes glued to the active radar.
We were beginning to get nervous as we got stuck in a small town outside the Arizona border called Gallup; it was 2 days until our trip was scheduled to leave, and the Park Service isn’t big on excuses. The others flying in from NC even had to have flights rerouted to Phoenix.
The next morning we pulled ourselves together and outfitted Sheila with jewelry not often seen on FL cars.
One last nervous push and we made it. I had never seen anything so beautiful.
We were super stoked to meet up with the rest of the crew, but we didn’t have time to relax. Prepping and organizing for a long expedition like this is no joke, and the last thing you want to do is be cursing yourself for 3 weeks because you forgot that essential piece of (beer) *cough cough* I mean, gear.
Thanks for watching! Join Chance and I next time as we learn to oar, brave our first rapids, and get settled into life on the river.
