Kitakyushu is the northernmost city on Japan’s Kyushu Island. Kokura Castle is surrounded by Katsuyama Park, known for its spring cherry blossoms.
Riverwalk Kitakyushu is a shopping mall by the Murasaki River. Northeast, Moji Port Retro Area has 1900s buildings, like the red-brick Moji Customs Building and striped Old Mitsui OSK Line Building. Vintage locomotives are displayed at the Kyushu Railway History Museum.

北九州市小倉北区にある小倉城庭園を撮影。
Taking Kokura Castle Gardens of Kitakyushu, Fukuoka.
小倉城庭園は小倉城東側にある小倉城主・小笠原氏の下屋敷後に1998年作られた、江戸時代の大名屋敷を再現した庭園です。
回遊式の日本庭園と、書院造の大名屋敷。
そのほかに小規模な展示が出来る博物館と、抹茶を楽しめる茶室があります。
庭園の入場料は300円です。
Kokura Castle garden is a garden that reproduces was created in 1998 to mark suburban residence of Kokura castle-Bonin who is in Kokura Joto side, the lords mansion of the Middle Ages.
Japanese garden and a stroll, daimyo residences Shoinzukuri.
There is a museum that can be a small exhibition on the other, the tea house where you can enjoy green tea.
Admission of the garden is 300 yen.

Kitakyushu Kawachi Fuji Wisteria Garden 河内藤園 is a private garden in the wooded hills south of central Kitakyushu, famous for its spectacularly presented, large numbers of wisteria flowers. You will find the most amazing wisteria tunnel in the world. The garden has 2 types of wisteria in a 100 meter long tunnel that allows visitors to walk down. 22 different species of wisteria cover the tunnel.
The garden is made of wisteria trees of differing varieties and colors, ranging from white to dark purple. Furthermore, there is a collection of large wisteria trees that together form an enormous roof of drooping flowers. A viewpoint at the top of the hillside garden allows for nice views over the sea of wisteria flowers and the surrounding valley which is also known for its bamboo groves.

Kokura Castle in Kitakyushu
Kokura Castle (小倉城) in Kitakyushu was built in 1602. After the castle was burnt down in
1866 in a war between two rival clans, the keep was reconstructed in 1959, and the castle was fully restored in 1990.
The castle grounds are now known as Katsuyama Park and are a popular cherry blossom spot.
Inside the castle, visitors awaits a tour through local history with displays, an interactive zone and a
small theater where visitors can get a hands-on and visual experience of past castle life.
Furthermore, the castle's top floor offers a spectacular panoramic view over the city.

【Quality of 9】Hiraodai in Kitakyushu
Four months have passed since the Kumamoto Earthquake which occurred in April 2016. Ten representatives from Japan and other countries who took part in Miss International Pageant 2015 and 2016 traveled around Kyushu as restoration support. This is a video that shows they gradually find charm of Kyushu with their own sensitivity through people they met, the foods they savored and the scenery they were impressed by.
