The day and night markets are a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand, they're fun places to visit. They're not like your Asian Supermarket or Oriental grocery store back home! And they're a great place to try traditional Thai foods, authentic Thai cuisine, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai foods in Thailand. Best of all, the shopping is fun and the food is cheap! Eating at markets is a great way to save money on your Thailand holidays or while you tour Thailand.

WALKING STREET NIGHT MARKET KRABI TOWN STREET FOOD & SHOPPING IN KRABI THAILAND
This is crazy and chaotic ! One of the best way to spend our weekend in Krabi Thailand is to do street food hunting at walking street night market in Krabi town area of Krabi, Thailand. The food is fairly cheap and we had so much fun walking there trying to figure out what to eat, because seriously there are so many kind of street food from Thai street food, Japanese food, Isaan style street food. This is also the first time Jimmy and Jimmy's father try famous thai mango sticky rice !

Krabi Town Night Market | Best Thai Street Food | Things to Do Near Ao Nang | Thailand Travel Guide
We visit the popular Krabi Town Night Market that serves up some amazing Thai Street Food. Located in the south of Thailand, Krabi is a hub for many tourists arriving at its airport to start their beach holiday in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in Ao Nang and hired a taxi to take us to the night market for a change in scenery. The ride took approximately 30 minutes from the main strip of Ao Nang. The market was not only lively, but the food was some of the best street food we have tried in Thailand. We feasted on fried quail egg, Vegetable Pad Thai, Spicy Mushroom Curry, Glass Noodles and Thai chicken satays. The night market also sells clothing, handmade jewelry, and other little trinkets. There is also live music and if you get really adventurous you can take part in Karaoke night. For the kids, there 's balloons and a trampoline area to get out their extra energy after feasting on the amazing Thai Food.

Fresh Thai Foods at Krabi Morning Market. Maharaj Market, Krabi Town, Thailand
New Thailand videos every Wednesday. Subscribe: Krabi Morning Market (Maharaj Market) is in the heart of Krabi Town, behind the Shell gasoline station, not far from where the Walking Street Night Markets are on the weekends.
This Thailand food market opens at about 3AM in the morning and finishes at around 10AM. Be sure not to get there too late as some of the better items may have already sold out. 6AM to 7:30AM is a good time.
There are huge sections of fruit & vegetables, groceries, seafood, meats, chicken, curry pastes, dry foods, local snacks & sweets, as well as a large breakfast eating area. It has the best grocery shopping in the area and it's a great place to try some of the many local foods available in Krabi and some delicious Thai dishes. Some delicious Thai food is available here. Try the Khanom Jeen (noodles with a type of soup curry), it's a must, as is the Joke (rice porridge). Some clothes, plastic goods and kitchen ware are also available. It is definitely worth a trip to the Maharaj Market if you are in Krabi Thailand!
Or if you don't want to eat at the markets there are some great local Thai restaurants in the area that are open early.
The markets in Thailand are a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand, they're great places to visit. Love Asian food? Make sure you check out some Thai Food Markets on your trip to Thailand, it's one of the best things to do!
Thai food recipes call for fresh ingredients, so many Thai people do their grocery shopping every day at food markets like this and do their cooking using fresh ingredients, as do most hotels and restaurants. In Thailand people don't buy their groceries online and delivery service is limited at best. Thailand food markets are one of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai cuisine, or to buy groceries and fruit while you travel in Thailand.

KRABI TOWN DURING NIGHT MARKET || Krabi, Thailand
Krabi Town Markets. A tour of the 6 main Markets in Krabi Town.Great shopping & the best street food
New Thailand videos every Wednesday. Subscribe: Check out my channel for lots more videos of Ao Nang & Krabi Thailand! A tour through all of the main markets in Krabi Town. Krabi Town Markets: The Morning Market (Maharaj Market), the City Market, Krabi Walking Street Weekend Night Market, the Street Food Market (Chao Fa Pier Market), the Saturday Market and the Old Market (Talad Gao).
Most of the markets sell very similar items: Fresh foods, fruit & vegetables, meat & seafood, prepared local Thai food & street food, souvenirs, clothes, shoes, kitchen appliances as well as many other things.
There are different markets every day of the week around Ao Nang and Krabi Thailand. I love the markets, and I think seeing them is one of the best things to do in Krabi Thailand.
Subscribe to my channel for more videos on what to do in Thailand in general. New Thailand videos posted regularly about Ao Nang and Krabi, places to see, things to do, eating Thai food, Thailand travel tips, shopping, street food and other Thai food, Thailand markets, Thai festivals & culture, shops, hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, Thailand holidays, accommodation, tourism and Thailand travel.
In Thailand people don't buy their groceries online and delivery service is limited, at best. Thailand food markets are one of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai cuisine, or to buy groceries and fruit while you travel in Thailand.
If you're looking into Thailand Hotels have a look at hotels and resorts in Krabi. The islands and beaches of Krabi are famous for Thailand holidays, the movie The Beach was filmed on a Krabi's Koh Phi Phi Island.
Krabi is about 2-3 hours from Phuket by land or sea, and has world class accommodation standards comparable to what you find in Phuket hotels and resorts, but in a more relaxed environment.

This video is about White temple and night market in Krabi.
White Temple or Wat Kaew Korawaram is a Buddhist temple in the city of Krabi, Thailand. Located on a hill above the city's downtown, it is accessed by an entrance plaza off one of the city's main streets and a grand staircase lined by nāga sculptures. It is one of the largest temples in Krabi, but is not as famous as Wat Tham Suea.
Krabi Night Market (Krabi Town Walking Street or Thanon Khon Dern in Thai) is certainly the most important shopping event in Krabi Town. It is held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18:30 to 22:00 in Soi Maharaj 8 and on the 2,000sqm plaza situated right behind Vogue Department Store in downtown Krabi.
Vlog 44 - Krabi Town Night Market, worth visiting?
When I did my research about night markets, the feedback wasn’t that great for the one in Ao Nang. So we had to travel a bit further to Krabi Town for the bigger night market. There was a wide selection of food but the souvenirs aren’t really that much different in terms of design and price compared to the ones in Ao Nang. Oh, we also manage to visit the outlet village for 30 mins!

ONE NIGHT IN KRABI TOWN | Krabi Night Market Tour
We spent one night in Krabi Town, Thailand before heading to Bali, Indonesia. Prior to Krabi Town, we spent a week in Koh Lanta and fortunately left the island before a major tropical storm was expected to hit. After watching the news, the storm moved over Koh Lanta but other islands like Koh Samui were not so lucky.
While in Krabi Town, we got a chance to check out the day and night market. As usual, Thai night markets are full of delicious cheap food. After grabbing our dinner, we called it an early night because we needed to wake up early to catch a connecting flight to Bangkok for Bali.

About us:
In May 2018, we got married, quit our jobs, and booked a one-way flight to Bangkok, Thailand. It's not that we were unhappy with our lives, we just wanted to live more intentionally and abundantly. Stepping away from a traditional lifestyle of home to work, and repeat, was one of the best decisions we could've made. It has allowed us to grow into our new marriage, see more of the world, and learn about other cultures. We've traveled to five countries in Asia and counting. Our channel is a mix of lifestyle, travel, and general entertainment.
