Peeps, we are exploring Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park in Sydney Australia today. It is has so many beautiful scenery and locations, in this video we only had the chance to explore the ones that is accessible by car as I am carry my baby with me on this journey.

The Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park is a protected national park that is located in New South Wales, Australia. The 14,977-hectare (37,010-acre) national park is situated 25 kilometres (16 mi) north of Sydney located largely within the Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby, Warringah and Pittwater local government areas. The villages of Cottage Point, Appletree Bay, and Bobbin Head are located within park boundaries. An isolated portion of the park, Barrenjoey Headland, is located to the north of Palm Beach east of the primary park body and is home to Barrenjoey Lighthouse.
Ku-ring-gai is generally regarded as a popular tourist destination, known for its scenic setting on the edge of a southern branch of the Hawkesbury River as well as rock engravings and other art of Aboriginal origin. Picnic, boating, and fishing facilities can be found throughout the park. There are many great walking tracks in Ku-ring-gai, especially through the Duffys Forest and Terrey Hills area.

Lion Island, from West Head, Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park, NSW, Australia
Lion Island in the Hawkesbury River Estuary as seen from West Head in the Ku-Ring-Gai National Chase National Park. After a few close ups of the island, the camera pans across the hawkesbury River estuary to Barrenjoey lighthouse, to show the island in context. This island sometimes featured as a backdrop to the 1960s children's series Skippy the Bush Kangaroo.
The island was named Lion Island as it resembled the Egyptian Sphinx.

Ku-ring-gai Chase is a national park in New South Wales (Australia), 25 km north of Sydney located largely within the Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby, Warringah and Pittwater municipal areas.
Bobbin Head is a scenic area that is a near-urban part of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Bobbin Head is easily reached by taking Bobbin Head Road through North Turramurra, New South Wales or Kuringai Chase Road from near Mount Colah, New South Wales. Located on Cowan Creek, this is a large and popular family picnic area. It is good for fishing, and is the starting point for walks.

I visited the Sphinx war memorial in Sydney Australia. It was built by private shirley as he was recovering from gas injuries from world war 1. He built this memorial but later died from his wounds. Its in a national park and entry is $11 per car for the day. The address is easy, sphinx road, North Turramurra NSW. Its in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.
