Here's a preview of the filming Ive been doing this summer up at Loch of the Lowes, The Scottish Wildlife Trusts Reserve at Dunkeld in Scotland

This small centre was packed with visitors on April 4th 2010. Most were probably coming to see sightings of the Ospreys. The captures for this video were taken inside at the observation window looking out on to the feeders. Reflections of peopl moving inside can be seen at times.

On this day, siskins could be seen in large numbers. A yellowhammer made an appearance, woodpeckers too (not shown in video). As usual the red squirrel entertained!

A compilation of video clips of Lady, Britain's oldest breeding osprey, her mate Laddie and her 49th successfully hatched chick (Blue44) of her extraordinary 22 year breeding career, who are all resident at Scottish Wildlife Trust's reserve at Loch of the Lowes, by Dunkeld, Perthshire. Laddie is definitely the junior member of the partnership, this being his first breeding season with Lady. Blue44 was 7 weeks old on the day these clips were shot and he was ringed and satellite-tagged one week previously, so osprey enthusiasts will be able to follow him when he sets out on his autumn migration to West Africa via the SWT Loch of the Lowes Visitor Centre's website.

Seven Lochs Scotland's Urban Wildlife Park

Developed by the GCV Green Network Partnership, the Seven Lochs Wetland Park is a new 16km2 urban heritage and nature park situated between Easterhouse, Coatbridge and Stepps.

The Seven Lochs Wetland Park comprises seven lochs, five local nature reserves, a country park and the seven lochs trail. Plans for the park include:

Four gateway visitor centras linked by a network of walking and cycling routes.
Restoration of the medieval building at Provan Hall – possibly the oldest surviving building in Glasgow
Conservation of habitats to protect important wildlife – such as roe deer and great crested newts
As well as a range of events, activities and community projects to celebrate local environments.
