This interview in this video was produced and recorded by The Ehime Pref. International Agricultural Exchange Council at an annual event, “Sugoimonohaku 2019,” held by Ehime Prefecture & Matsuyama City on November 16-17th, 2019, at Shiroyama Park beneath the Matsuyama Castle.
The purpose of this video interview is to promote the Japanese Agricultural Training Program operated by JAEC (The Japan Agricultural Exchange Council). JAEC sends agricultural trainees to agriculturally advanced countries under the 1 – 1 and half year program. They follow farm training and join lecture courses.
Upon return to Japan, they are expected to be leading farmers equipped with global perspectives, technological and managerial capabilities as well as influential leaders in their communities. These youths will also contribute to international exchange and cooperation.
Approximately 14,300 trainees have been sent to countries in North & South America and Europe since 1952 when the program started.

Attention: InspectorALERT can measure the alpha ray, too.
However, I do not measure it outdoors. This is because a
sensor is polluted and might malfunction.
I cannot use the polluted sensor. A large amount of expense
and long time are necessary for repair.
The alpha ray does not measure the alpha ray before becoming
the pollution area if polluted after all because I cannot measure
it without the pollution of the sensor.
This is because a comparison after the pollution is not possible
if it is before pollution.
The alpha ray is approximately unrelated to outside radiation exposure.
You should suppose that there is the pollution by the alpha ray even
if you do not measure an alpha ray anymore in the polluted area.
