Based on a novel by Bradford Ropes and Busby Berkeley’s 1933 movie, 42nd STREET tells the story of a starry-eyed young dancer named Peggy Sawyer who leaves her Allentown home and comes to New York to audition for the new Broadway musical Pretty Lady. When the leading lady breaks her ankle, Peggy takes over and becomes a star.
With a book by Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble, music by Harry Warren and lyrics by Al Dubin, this sparkling new production will be directed by co-author Mark Bramble and choreographed by Randy Skinner, the team who staged the 2001 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival.
The original production of 42nd STREET was produced in 1980 on Broadway by David Merrick and featured direction and dances by Gower Champion. It played on Broadway for 3,486 performances, winning 1981 Tony Awards® for Best Musical and Best Choreography. The Broadway revival, which opened in 2001, played for 1,524 performances and earned two Tony Awards® including Best Revival of a Musical.
RAVE REVIEWS!
“42nd Street is so chock full of entertainment that it barely fits on the stage. If you're a fan of old movie musicals — if you're looking for just good old-fashioned singing and dancing — you can't do better than 42nd Street.” Salt Lake Tribune
“With Mark Bramble at the helm, Troika Entertainment’s touring production has everything you could possibly want in a stage musical, and then some – notably, choreographer Randy Skinner’s absolutely scintillating dance scenes. 42nd Street is the greatest homage to Broadway musicals ever written, and this production is a dazzling and thoroughly entertaining valentine to the world of musical theater.” Orange County Register

In the show, talented dancers and actors breathe life into aluminum-tone industrial materials to tell a unique story. The Aluminum Show uses recovered materials from industrial factories that are re-used to build the set, dress the cast and interact with the audience. As Industrial materials are given new and surprising contexts, then combined with visual effects, lighting manipulations and enchanting music, all senses are on high alert. With sights and sounds that overcome any language barrier, this is visual entertainment at its best.
After over a decade of touring worldwide, Aluminum Group is thrilled to present the world premiere of the spectacular, new Aluminum Show 2.0. This new and unique show brings the material, the music and the artists together on stage in a magical, mystery-filled creation combining visual theater, dance, and humor into an exciting, multi-sensory experience, the likes of which audiences have never before seen.
This is the story of one man's incredible journey to a parallel universe - a futuristic planet made entirely of aluminum. At first glance this world seems vastly different than ours, but a second glance reveals it is actually quite similar.
Aluminum pipes come to life right before the audience's very eyes, transforming into imaginary, mysterious, and playful characters. Much like in our world, the aluminum universe is also plagued by a fight between good and evil, where the forces of beauty and compassion strive to triumph over the forces of intrigue and fear.

Award winning Canadian recording artist Jim Witter and his band lead an expertly crafted tour of an entire decade that begins with “Your Song” and winds us along on a musical time machine, saluting two of the century’s most popular contemporary songwriters!
Utilizing spectacular visuals on a giant screen behind Witter and his band, we return to the newspaper headlines, the automobiles, the people, the events, the toys and even the TV shows that shaped a decade. Along the way, the sounds of “My Life”, “Candle in the Wind”, “Rocket Man”, “Just the Way You Are”, and many more classic hits create an evening that’s so much fun, you won’t want it to end. By the time you hit 1979, you’re begging these musicians to move back to 1970 and start all over again.
With Witter at the grand piano and his incredibly talented band mates, the music is not an attempt to “recreate” or “mimic” the evening’s long list of familiar hits. Instead, Witter unleashes his golden tenor on hit after hit to recreate fully-formed mental and emotional return visits to specific landmarks in a pop culture timeline.
If you can remember where you were when Elvis may have died, this show’s for you.
If you can smell the interior of your 1973 VW Beetle, you’ll recognize every song.
And if you still have your bell-bottom jeans and Puma running shoes, then you probably need more help than Witter can provide…!
Now in it’s 15th year of touring, “The Piano Men” has enjoyed sold-out performances, return engagements and rave reviews in theatres across North America, Great Britain and Dubai. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the trip down memory lane!
