Kawabata, Fukuoka City - 福岡市川端 - Japan As It Truly Is
Long before Fukuoka had its trendy shopping centers, there was Kawabata from the 1950's. It's about 400m long, with over 125 stores and on weekends has over 25,000 visitors. It's easily accessed from the Nakasu-Kawabata subway station.

JAPAN Trip 2010 - Part 1: Jet lag, food festivals and fun times!
Part one of our Japan Trip videos - this was the first 2.5 days in Tokyo plus an entire day of travel. We arrived in Tokyo, got a bit of sleep then headed out to get breakfast around Hanzomon, then the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Tourist Info Center in Shinjuku, to Shibuya, the Meiji Shrine, some festival there, Harajuku, Ameyoko shopping street, Ueno Park and then the Tokyo National Museum.
