Beautiful China - Guling Town, Mount Lushan, Jiangxi Province
Guling (牯岭) is a resort town in Lushan City, Jiangxi Province, China.
Guling, originally romanized Kuling, on the slopes of a wide valley in Mount Lu, was established in 1895 by the missionary Edward Selby Little as a sanitarium and rest resort for Western missionaries in southern China. They built their houses in the colonial style of architecture, and added a church, schools, and sports facilities. It was named by Little, as a pun: it is wonderfully cooling after the summer heat in the plains below. It was also a word that sounded conveniently Chinese to the local people, and has been adopted by them.
Prior to 1949, President Chiang Kai-shek chose Lushan as the summer headquarters for his nationalist Kuomintang government, having been introduced to the place by his wife Soong Mei-ling.

Tengwang Pavilion, also known as the Pavilion of Prince Teng, is situated on the east bank of the Gan River, northwest of Nanchang City, in Jiangxi province, China. Together with Yellow Crane Tower, Yueyang Pavilion (Yueyang Lou), this fine building is one of the Three Great Pavilions on south side of the Yangtze River. Although the building has undergone many damages and reconstructions during its over 1,300-year long history, it is some of the most amazing architecture.

Seoraksan National park was designated the 5th national park in Korea in 1970 and chosen as a nature preservation area on November 5, 1965 Also, internationally recognized for its rare species, Seoraksan is the area in Korea to have been designated as a Biosphere Preservation District by UNESCO in 1982, and in IUCN recognized its rich natural resources and labeled it category Ⅱ(National Park).
The total area of Seoraksan National park is 398.539㎢ and it is divided among the areas of Inge-gun, Goseong-gun, Yangyang-gun, and Sokcho-si, Naeseorak (Inner) is in Inje, Naeseorak (South) is the area from Hangyerteong (Ridge) to Osaek, and Oeseorak (Outer) lies in the eastern area across Sokcho-si, Yangyang-gun, and Goseong-gun. Including its main peak, Daecheongbong, Seoraksan has a total of 30 imposing peaks spread across its territory such as Hwachaebong, Hangyeryeong, and Madeungryeong.

Zhangjiajie, a city in the northwest of China's Hunan province, is home to the famed Wulingyuan Scenic Area. This protected zone encompasses thousands of jagged quartzite sandstone columns, many of which rise over 200m, as well as caves filled with stalactites and stalagmites. Wulingyuan also encompasses forests, rivers, waterfalls and 2 large natural land bridges, as well as endangered plant and animal species.

Hongchiba National Forest Park is one of the 26 national parks in Chongqing. It is located in the northwest of Wuxi County, with a total area of about 253.8 square kilometers, and consists of six distinctive functional districts. With spring on its way, the glaciers and snow have melted as the temperature continues to rise. Geologically, the national forest park is a typical karst topography, characterized by underground drainage systems with sinkholes and caves. This huge park contributes water to four main streams, Ren River, Tangxi River, Xixi River and Houxi River within the county, flowing into the Yangtze River at the end.
