Body camera video released by Las Vegas police shows a police involved shooting earlier this week where a suspect was fatally shot near the Las Vegas strip. The shootout left two Metro Police officers shot and one injured. The 25-year-old Miguel Salas died from a fatal shot to the head.

Police body cam video #1 - Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, November 11, 2017 - Assistant Sheriff Tom Roberts said officer David Nesheiwat shot and killed Phillip Pitts, 41, who was holding his wife and pointing a gun at her outside a store at 780 E. Pyle Ave, near Maryland Parkway and Cactus Avenue. Pitts’ wife was also struck in the gunfire. Roberts said one of Nesheiwat’s rounds went through Pitts and hit the woman. Pitts did not fire his gun.They were both taken to University Medical Center, where the man died. No officers were hurt, police said. The woman underwent surgery and is expected to survive. Rashaun Washington, 37, was shot to death following a 28-minute confrontation with police. Police body cam video #4 - Gilbert, Arizona, United States, February 27, 2018 - The Maricopa County Attorney's Office cleared two Gilbert police officers of criminal wrongdoing in connection with the fatal police shooting of a 37-year-old man who pointed a rifle at the officers, according to a statement from town police Monday. Officers Troy Vernon and Christoph Putton fatally shot Joshua Kinnard in February outside his house after the man grabbed a rifle from his truck and pointed it at the officers, police said in the statement. Police were called to a home in the 3900 block of East Encinas Avenue Feb. 26 on reports of a man acting erratically, police said. For about 25 minutes, officers spoke with Kinnard, a detention officer with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office who had been on medical leave. Sheriff's officials previously confirmed Kinnard was a detention officer assigned to Inmate Medical Services and had worked there for six years. Read more here:
Police body cam video #5 - Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, October 1, 2017 - The 2017 Las Vegas shooting occurred on the night of Sunday, October 1, 2017 when a gunman opened fire on a crowd of concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, leaving 58 people dead and 851 injured. Between 10:05 and 10:15 p.m. PDT, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada, fired more than 1,100 rounds from his suite on the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel. About an hour after he fired his last shot into the crowd, he was found dead in his room from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. His motive remains unknown.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have released video of an incident they say resulted in the death of a 74-year-old man. The video shows Cadesha Bishop, 25, pushing an elderly man from a bus. The man later died from his injuries. Police say Bishop was yelling and cursing at passengers before the incident. Bishop faces an open murder charge on an elderly-vulnerable person.

Las Vegas Shooting - My 1st Video Country Boys Can Survive - Route 91 Harvest Festival Attack
This video is my 1st attempt at making a video for YouTube about the Las Vegas Shooting. I have put it back up to remind myself how far I have come in a year. Warning: This video might be disturbing for some viewers and viewer discretion is advised.
The 2017 Las Vegas shooting occurred October 1st, a Sunday night, when a crowd of over 20,000 concertgoers came under fire while attending the 2017 Route 91 Country Music Harvest Festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. 58 people were left dead and 851 injured. Jason Aldean was on stage and was just about finished with his performance of his hit single, Any Ol Barstool at approximately 10:05PM PDT when the first shots of the this tragic event rang out. Once Mr. Aldean started his performance of his song, When She Says Baby, the shooter continued the assault with what sounded like automatic gunfire and lasted until approximately 10:15PM PDT. During this tragic massacre, the shooter fired an estimated 1,100 rounds from several different AR-15-style assault rifles upon the unsuspecting crowd. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has identified the shooter as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada who police say was firing from rooms 32134 and 32135 on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino. Las Vegas Police have confirmed that approximately one hour after the last shots of the attack were heard, the Las Vegas Police Department made entry into room 32135 and the gunman was found dead on the floor of his suite from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. No other injuries were reported from the 32 floor of the hotel although the Las Vegas Police Department would later confirm that there was an accidental discharge from a member of the Police team that made entry into the rooms. The shooter’s motives remain unclear at this point in time.
The Las Vegas Shooting marks the deadliest mass shooting event committed in modern United States history. This event has heated up the debate over gun control in the United States and has brought much attention on a device called a “bump stock” which the shooter had installed on his rifles to allow his semi-automatic weapon to perform much like that of a military-grade, fully-automatic weapon.
The casualty statistics from this event are as follows: 36 women & 22 men were killed; 67 was the oldest aged victim and 20 years old was the youngest aged victim; 6 were from Nevada, 35 were from California, 13 from other states and 4 were from Canada; Of the 851 victims injured, 422 were from gunshots; This event bested the previous deadliest mass shooting by 9 victims. In 2016, Orlando’s Pulse nightclub was attacked where 49 victims were shot and killed.

Der Stratosphere Tower ist mit ca. 350 Meter der höchste freistehende Aussichtsturm der Vereinigten Staaten und birgt in seiner Aussichtsplattform das Top of the World Restaurant. Das Turm- beziehungsweise Drehrestaurant dreht sich innerhalb einer Stunde einmal um seine Achse.

The Stratosphere Tower is about 350 meters the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States and contains within its observation deck, the Top of the World Restaurant. The Tower revolving restaurant or rotates within an hour once on its axis.
With the Big Shot you can let hochkatapultieren 40 meters at the tower mast. Another attraction on the roof of the tower is called X-Scream.

Fremont Street Experience at Night, Las Vegas (Nevada, USA.) The Fremont Street Experience (FSE) is a pedestrian mall and attraction in Downtown Las Vegas (DTLV), Nevada. The FSE occupies the westernmost five blocks of Fremont Street, including the area known for years as Glitter Gulch, and portions of some other adjacent streets.
The central attraction is a barrel vault canopy, 90 ft (27 m) high at the peak and four blocks, or approximately 1,500 ft (460 m), in length.
While Las Vegas is known for never turning the outside casino lights off, each show begins by turning off the lights on all of the buildings, including the casinos, under the canopy. Before each show, one bidirectional street that crosses the Experience is blocked off for safety reasons.
Concerts, usually free, are also held on three stages. The venue has become a major tourist attraction for downtown Las Vegas, and is also the location of the SlotZilla zip line attraction and the city's annual New Year's Eve party, complete with fireworks on the display screen.

THE TALL WHITES: ET EXPERIENCES IN THE NEVADA DESERT, with Charles James Hall - Charles Hall was a weather observer in the United States Air Force during the mid-sixties. He was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base and the Indian Springs gunnery ranges outside Las Vegas, followed by a year in Viet Nam. After the service, Charles married and earned a Masters degree in Nuclear Physics at San Diego State University. He also did post graduate work at the University of Maine at Bangor. Raising a family pushed memories of the terror and unprecedented experiences on the Indian Springs gunnery ranges into the background, but they couldn’t be forgotten. Charles began work writing his memoirs for his children and grandchildren in his spare time. Eighteen years later, his wife Marie convinced him to publish what eventually became the Millennial Hospitality series of three books. Because of the nature of the material, it seemed prudent to change the names of friends and places to protect the privacy of others. The Millennial Hospitality series is an account of one man’s experiences with extraterrestrials in the Nevada desert while in the service of the government.
