Mikser House - Serbia
Mikser House can be described as a multidisciplinary and multicultural platform that works on projects aimed at (re)connecting the contemporary global tendencies with the local Serbian creative scene and industries. It is located in Sava Mala, an ex-industrial hot spot that has been devastated during the transitional times in 1990's. Today, the building in which Mikser House is located should become a space for competitions, exhibitions, cultural events, conferences, educational courses and lectures. The founder of Mikser House is the Mikser non-for-profit network of professionals and enthusiasts involved in production of various cultural projects.
The guys involved in this project like to call it Balcan design center, since it tries to give a new meaning to the creative identity of this part of Europe. This is why a significant part of Mikser house is turned into a point of sale for many domestic and regional products that should in their own way introduce you to the idea of this project. Also, there is a canteen that gives you an insight into the creative, exotic, and, why not, peculiar food industry of this area.

Sweden@Mikser 2012 wanted together with local partners, artists, students and the public audience, explore how artistic processes can contribute to push forward the development in a neglected area like Savamala in Belgrade. How can you create new meaning to the neighborhood through common culture activities and artistic interventions? Which new processes will arise when people from different countries and disciplines meet? And will the encounters create new methods and artistic creations? Three artists, two architects, one designer and one ethnolog from Sweden participated.

KONCERT POČINJE NA 07:35!!!
Iako sam stajao tačno ispred sredine bine, Tišmino i Minino lice je bilo zaklonjeno stalcima za note tokom skoro čitavog koncerta. Na neki čudan način, to je i imalo smisla.
Takođe, nedostaje i samo finale koncerta, Baletov krešendo koji se bizarno završio počupanim kablom od gitare i dvominutnim solo bubnjanjem. Bilo je isuviše nestvarno da bi moj aparat to ikako zabeležio.
