Osaka, Japan Night Walking Tour - Sennichimae Doguyasuji - Den-Den Town - Shinsekai - Tennoji ????【4K】
Is it safe to walk around Osaka, Japan at night? In this video, I walked from Sennichimae Doguyasuji shopping street to Den-Den Town (Nipponbashi) to Shinsekai to Tennoji area.
Sennichimae Doguyasuji (千日前) shopping street dedicated to selling household goods, kitchenware, pottery & tools.
Den-Den Town aka Nipponbashi (日本橋) is known for its many shops which specialize in furniture, tools, and otaku interests such as electronics, anime, manga, and collectibles. Nipponbashi is often compared to Akihabara Electric Town, its equivalent (in terms of focus) in Tokyo.
Shinsekai (新世界) is an old neighbourhood located next to south Osaka City's downtown Minami area. The neighbourhood was created in 1912 with New York as a model for its southern half and Paris for its northern half. At this location, a Luna Park amusement park operated from 1912 until it closed in 1923.
Tsūtenkaku (通天閣, meaning Tower Reaching Heaven), owned by Tsūtenkaku Kanko Co., Ltd., is a tower and well-known landmark of Osaka, Japan and advertises Hitachi. It is located in the Shinsekai district of Naniwa-ku, Osaka. Its total height is 103 m; the main observation deck is at a height of 91 m.
Abeno Harukas (あべのハルカス) is 300 meters tall and has 62 floors, making it the tallest building in Japan. The reconstruction began in January 2010, and opened on March 7, 2014

【Japan Trip】SATOYAMA Tour in Minami-Ichihara！
SATOYAMA - Japanese countryside. What's so good about it?
This is a video clip from a trial tour in Minami-Ichihara, the southern part of City of Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
Minami-Ichihara is very close to the downtown Tokyo as well as the airports, but is full of nature and agricultural fields.
A monitor tour was held here in March to discover the charms of the Japanese countryside, or ”Satoyama,” from the views of foreign visitors to Japan.
It's amazing how the things most locals think are boring about their village are exactly what appeals to the tourists:
having nothing is peaceful and relaxing
just mountains and fields is serene scenery and fresh air...
With the fresh vegetables right from the farm and warm friendly people, the guests found home in a foreign land.

Have you ever heard of Minami Ichihara, an area in Chiba Prefecture, Japan?
It is as if the time has stopped just there, an area surrounded by some nostalgic scenery.
We held a trial tour in this area for foreigners in March 2017.
SATOYAMA Tour in Minami-Ichihara
In early spring, mustard flowers and cherry blossoms were starting to bloom.
Kominato Railway, turning 100 years old this year, runs through Ichihara. This journey started with the special Torokko train.
We were greeted with a warm welcome from the local people.
Along the railroad are famous mustard flower fields, attracting a great number of photographers.
For our muslim guests, all the food provided was halal, including this bento box lunch.
After the train ride, we went to a traditional house in the mountains, full of nature and fun activities with the locals.
Finished off the day with BBQ with fresh local vegetables and halal meat!
We stayed at a traditional ryokan hotel and spent a relaxing morning making origami.
The second day started with walking around a temple that holds a beautiful, culturally important gate.
The main event of the day was a rice-cake making party with the locals at a thatched house - which has become very rare.
Eating fresh homemade rice cake with friendly locals - like when you're at a close relatives' house. The best activity in this tour!
Now you know a little bit about Ichihara...
But where is Ichihara?
Around here! (Central Chiba)
1 hour from Narita Airport,
1 hour from downtown Tokyo,
1 hour from Haneda Airport.
Ichihara is so close!
We don't have much here... But sometimes that's exactly what we need. Get away from the city and come to Minami-Ichihara!

Trip to Japan | Osaka (or 大阪市) is so full of things to do! We spend the day shopping in Osaka. Japanese also love it! In Minami, we start at Orange Street (Horie), then visit America Mura, Shinsaibashi-Suji, Dotonbori (where you see the famous Glico man), Ebisubashi-Suji and Namba Walk. We return to Dotonbori to enjoy Osaka at night and try delicious street food. My favorite? Takoyaki, by far! ????

Dotonbori is one of the most popular spot in Osaka, their food street is really famous.
However, recently Dotonbori River Cruise is getting popular as well.
So I try the river cruise, and try to let you know if it's good or not!
In my conclusion, it was pretty fun and you'd better try it if you have enough time and spare money!
There is a English tour guide in the cruise ship, You can have better an idea of Osaka Dotonbori!
Travel Tips : there are several different kind of cruise, so if you have preference (bigger ship, smaller ships, and etc.), you can ask them for more info. No extra charge, You can just wait for it!????

Osaka Minami District is a well know entertainment district in Osaka with plenty of restaurants and retail stores. Our first evening in Osaka was a walkabout in the Namba and Dotonbori area. The restaurants' front featured the cuisine they specialised , and the lively atmosphere with beautiful billboards makes Osaka evening so colorful.
