Miranda Hot Springs, NZ - Port Waikato
This weekend I had an amazing swim at Miranda Hot Springs! It is a perfect place to relax with the whole family. We also drove up to Port Waikato and stayed the night in a true Kiwi bach with some great friends! I loved the black sand beaches and even though it was raining, we had a killer time. Enjoy :):)

Miranda Hot Springs
Miranda Hot Springs, just over an hours drive out of Auckland is the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate the body.
Situated amongst farmlands this delightfull complex is the ideal Get Away for the day destination.
The Miranda Hot Pools are well known by the locals and are well patronised.
I often visit here, especially in the winter months.

Wrybill - Miranda, New Zealand
A short series of video clips and images of the indigenous Wrybill Anarhynchus frontalis of New Zealand seen on a windy wet day at Miranda in the North Island.
There is one very blurry clip I kept in because of the sound of the Skylarks.
The Wrybill is endemic to the islands and is the only wader/shorebird with a a bill that turns to the side at the end.

ミランダ Mirandaにあるスパは子連れでも楽しめました。
オークランドから日帰り旅行でも行けちゃう気軽さが良いですね。車で1時間20分くらい。
屋外なのですが、夜はライトが付きます。暗くなるまで満喫しました。
施設は古いけど小ぎれいなかんじ。昔の市民プールみたいでした。
プライベートスパは子供は不可ということで残念断念。

Kingfish caught Firth of Thames NZ
After 11plus years fishing in NZ and caught a few Kingfish but finaly caught my first legal Kingfish and allowed to take it home for a feed. Yum yum and it was beautiful.
