再次來到上海，我最喜歡的城市。今次帶大家走進一座位於市中心的城堡-衡山馬勒別墅飯店。馬勒別墅是由英籍瑞典人埃里克·馬勒於1927年在原開平大班住宅的基礎上擴建的具有北歐風格的花園別墅。現為衡山集團旗下的一座酒店，上海優秀歷史建築。

Shanghai again, my favorite city. This time I will take you into a castle in the center of the city - Hengshan Mahler Villa Hotel. Villa Mahler is a Nordic-style garden villa that was expanded by the British Swede Eric Mahler in 1927 on the basis of the original Kaiping Taipan residence. It is now a hotel under the Hengshan Group and an excellent historical building in Shanghai.
Moller Villa Shanghai / 马勒别墅饭店
The Moller Villa / 马勒别墅饭店 / 马勒住宅, located at .30 South Shanxi Road in the French Concession area of Shanghai, is a colonial-era mansion. The villa was built by Eric Moller, a [british] shipping magnate, in 1936. The distinctive design includes brown-tiled Gothic and Tudor gables, spires and steeples.
In 2001, the Hengshan Group began to renovate to the villa, preserving its original architectural style. The building now houses a hotel.
Morris Residence / InterContinental Shanghai Ruijin (Shanghai French Concession / 上海法租界)
The Benjamin Morris family estate, now the Ruijin Hotel, is comprised of four houses, numerous outbuildings and ornate gardens covering almost 100 acres. One of the earliestTemples in Shanghai is located on the grounds. On the vast lawn of Building Number 1, history buffs can find the original Archway entrance to the Temple along with the Stone Lions that guarded the entrance
The Morris family owned the North China Daily News, the oldest English-language newspaper in China. They also bred racing dogs and owned Canidrome (a dog racing track) located just across the street at the rear of the property.
Prior to opening its doors to the public, the hotel was the official guesthouse of the Shanghai regional government. The first mayor of Shanghai chose the Ruijin as both his office and residence. It accommodated Party Leaders, Liu Shao Qi, Zhu De, Dong Bi Wu, Zhou En Lai and others. Leaders of many countries also stayed here: President Soekarno of Indonesia, the Prime Minister of India, President Ho Chi Min of Vietnam, President Jin Ri Chen of the Republic of Korea, US President Nixon, as well as other government emissaries. In 1979, the Shanghai municipal government decided to open the hotel to the public. Since that time the hotel has hosted many famous scholars, business leaders, and tourists from all over the world.

Sun Yat Sen House Shanghai Tour / 上海中山故居
The Former Residence of Sun Yat-sen / 上海中山故居, located at 7 Xiangshan Road (aka Rue Molière) in the French Concession area of Shanghai near Fuxing Park to the east, was the residence of the Chinese revolutionary Dr. Sun Yat-sen (1866–1925).
Sun Yat-sen lived in this house from 1918 with his wife Soong Ching-ling. After his death, Sun's wife continued to live here until 1937. There is now an exhibition centre presenting Sun Yat-sen's life, together with some artifacts and a statue of Sun Yat-sen outside.

Nanjing
Nanjing ( listen; Chinese: 南京; pinyin: Nánjīng; Wade–Giles: Nan-ching) is the capital of Jiangsu province in Eastern China. It has a prominent place in Chinese history and culture, having been the capital of China for several periods. Its present name means Southern Capital and was widely romanized as Nankin and Nanking until the pinyin language reform, after which Nanjing was gradually adopted as the standard spelling of the city's name in most languages that use the Roman alphabet.
Located in the lower Yangtze River drainage basin and Yangtze River Delta economic zone, Nanjing has long been one of China's most important cities. Having been the capital city of six different dynasties since 3 A.D., it is recognized as one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. It was the capital of Wu during the Three Kingdoms Period, and the capital of the Republic of China prior to its flight to Taiwan during the Chinese Civil War. Nanjing is also one of the fifteen sub-provincial cities in the People's Republic of China's administrative structure, enjoying jurisdictional and economic autonomy only slightly less than that of a province. Nanjing has long been a national centre of education, research, transport networks and tourism. The city will host the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics.
