Come and explore Monte Cristo Homestead, Australia's most haunted homestead, with me. We are spending the weekend with the Janine Louise Medium Team and are hosted by Lawrence of Monte Cristo. Hear about the history of the property, some of the deaths on the property, hear ghost stories and come with us when we tour the house at night.

EXPLORING AUSTRALIA'S MOST HAUNTED HOUSE | MONTE CRISTO
We spontaneously stopped to explore the Monte Cristo homestead in Junee in western New South Wales on a working road trip. Known as Australia's most haunted house it's morbid history is a hint as to why so many claim to experience paranormal activity and ghost sightings here. There are tours by candlelight available at night, however, the self-guided day walk-through was enough for us. Do you believe in spirits and hauntings? Watch and see for yourself....

The Most Haunted - Monte Cristo in Junee
This place would really rock at night when the ghosts come out to play. Nevertheless, we had the place to ourselves in the day, heard plenty of noises and even discovered a cleaner stuck inside a wall. This could just be the most haunted house in Australia and possibly the world.
Many deaths occurred here over the years including a maid, a baby, a caretaker and Mr and Mrs Crawley themselves (owners). The original homestead was built in 1876. There's been plenty of ghost sightings and strange happenings over the years...Next time we will have a sleep over here.

Monte Cristo Homestead | Most Haunted House in Australia | Junee
The Most Haunted House in the Southern Hemisphere. It is in fact very well known around the world as Monte Cristo Homestead (literally Mount of Christ) which sits right in the middle of a town known as Junee in NSW, Australia.
HIGHLIGHTS - OCCURRENCES - TIMELINE ON THE VIDEO
0:49 The bleach mark created while cleaning the blood stain freaked me out just by looking at it of a maid who fell from the balcony and died on those steps.
0:59 A cold spot that I felt as I was passing through the room. I had goose bumps at that moment.
1:20 Heavy weight felt on my shoulders as I stood at the bottom of the stair case. It is said that an 18 month old baby had been dropped and fallen on its head on the steps and died on the exact spot where I was standing. Generally many visitors experience the same and some people even get pushed by an unseen force. I was lucky to not get the push although the heavy weight on my shoulders was not pleasant in any way.
2:10 As soon as I entered the balcony I felt like I was going to faint as this was the exact spot where the maid jumped from and committed suicide, she then landed on the steps with the bleach mark and died. She was also pregnant from Mr Crawly and it is believed that she was pushed from the balcony by Mrs Crawly for that very reason.
2:25 This is the room which was occupied by Mrs Crawley after Mr Crawley passed away in
1910. She turned this room in to a chapel and immersed herself in the bible. It is believed that she only left the house thrice in 23 years until she died in 1933. As seen from the video the Valance of the bed suddenly moved and lifted by itself as I was doing the video. If it was the wind then the movement would have been consistent even before my arrival. I felt some sort of force keeping me out from that room and I had a tingly feeling in my neck.
8:07 A small ORB passes my camera travelling from right to left. Orbs are believed to be spirits.
12:19 There are in total 10 Ghosts on the property. I caught 7 faces watching me from behind the window and upon entering that area there was no one to be seen.
12:36 I could not go further inside the stables as I was very light headed and had an eerie feeling that I was being watched. I picked up the faces in the window after I watched the video a few days later but at the time I was unaware of them although still had the feeling that someone was watching me and did not want me to enter the stables area. The video confirmed that I was being watched.
13:20 A sound just like something hitting a metal pole followed by a faint singing that can be heard in the background by a little girl. I only realised this singing after I had posted this video on YouTube today (24th January 2019). This singing is genuine as I was the only person on the property since no other visitors had arrived.
