Opening in January 2011 the Yaama Ganu Centre houses an Aboriginal Art Gallery and café trading as Café Gali. The centre, located in Moree New South Wales, was co funded by Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) and Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC). Under the guidance of project manager Sascha Estens and renowned Sydney restaurateur Toby Osmond, the centre offers hands on training to members of the local Indigenous community in all areas of hospitality. This 'one of a kind' project has been applauded for creating highly successful and practical solutions to tackling the ongoing issues surrounding aboriginal employment.

New South Wales
New South Wales (abbreviated as NSW) is a state on the east coast of Australia. It borders Queensland to the north, Victoria to the south, South Australia to the west, the Tasman Sea to the east and surrounds the whole of the Australian Capital Territory. New South Wales' capital city is Sydney, which is also the nation's most populous city. In June 2013, the estimated population of New South Wales was 7.4 million, making it Australia's most populous state. Just under two-thirds of the state's population, 4.67 million, live in the Greater Sydney area. Inhabitants of New South Wales are referred to as New South Welshmen.
The colony of New South Wales was founded in 1788. It originally comprised a larger area of the Australian mainland also including Lord Howe Island, New Zealand, Norfolk Island and Van Diemen's Land. During the 19th century, large areas were separated to form the British colonies of Tasmania, South Australia, New Zealand, Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory (1863).

The Rotten Plain approaching Grawin has been flooded for nearly 1 year with water from last years Queensland floods...Just recently some 4 wheel drive vehicles have been driving through...Thousands of Carp swim over the road as you drive through...Sea Eagles and Sea Gulls have come approx 800 kilometres from the coast to feast on the Carp along with numerous Pelicans,Cormorants,Ibis,Shags and Water Hens...Check other videos with same title.

I am an Artist and I paint what is true to my Soul. One of my main passions is to paint Indigenous Tribes on the planet. In 2011... I painted An Indigenous Aboriginal Yankunytjatjara Elder. He is A ”Tjilpi” (special teaching Uncle) of the Yankunytjatjara Nation and one of the listed Traditional keepers of Uluru. He was a Member of the Stolen Generations of the Indigenous Peoples of Australia. Taken away from his mother and family under government policy, which
forcibly removed all half-caste (half-Aboriginal) children from their families. I dedicate this Painting in his Memory

Tjilpi was A teacher and leader for the Indigenous land rights, education, community development and Cultural awareness. He was a bridge between Cultures and World Nations, creating an understanding so that indigenous and non-indigenous people can live and learn together, heal the past through shared experience in the present. He inspired me through the gentleness of his Soul and the forgiveness in his eyes, and taught me to trust once again in who I AM... And as promised to Tjilpi from the beginning... Our painting I AM will journey across the world to share his story and the Unconditional LOVE he had for Humanity and His Land...
This painting was an entrant in the Archibald, selected as a semi-finalist for the Doug Moran National Portrait prize in 2012. Invited by “see me” gallery... as one of 200 artists selected from 700,000 entrants worldwide, to be digitally exhibited in New York City for over a period of 8 weeks in 2013. A painting that took over an entire 25 story building in Times Square New York City in July 2014. This painting has led me to the Hopi Reservation in Arizona in 2013 to spend time with the Natives.
I also dedicate this piece to the Memory of the late Peter Brock. Peter was amongst other things an amazing artist. One of his great loves was drawing Australian Aboriginals... Though I never met Peter personally, through a meeting with one of his close friend. I connected with his spirit. His creative goal was to bring Aboriginal energy into our lives. I wish to continue that process through my work, which will enable our community to appreciate Indigenous Culture and Heritage all over the World. For many years that knowledge has been neglected.

Its coast borders the Tasman Sea to the east. The Australian Capital Territory is an enclave within the state. New South Wales' state capital is Sydney, which is also Australia's most populous city. In March 2018, the population of New South Wales was over 7.9 million, making it Australia's most populous state. Just under two-thirds of the state's population, 5.1 million, live in the Greater Sydney area. Inhabitants of New South Wales are referred to as New South Welshmen.The Colony of New South Wales was founded as a penal colony in 1788. It originally comprised more than half of the Australian mainland with its western boundary set at 129th meridian east in 1825. The colony also included the island territories of New Zealand, Van Diemen's Land, Lord Howe Island, and Norfolk Island. During the 19th century, most of the colony's area was detached to form separate British colonies that eventually became New Zealand and the various states and territories of Australia. However, the Swan River Colony has never been administered as part of New South Wales.
Lord Howe Island remains part of New South Wales, while Norfolk Island has become a federal territory, as have the areas now known as the Australian Capital Territory and the Jervis Bay Territory.
