Get ready for the ultimate island vacation—pack up your swimsuits and grab your snorkel mask to experience a tropical adventure in Pulau Redang, Malaysia.
Redang Island sits in the South China Sea as part of a marine park. The largest of nine islands, it attracts visitors thanks to its postcard-worthy beaches. Imagine palm tree-lined shores that are dotted with grass umbrellas and lounge chairs, perfect for a little relaxation and rejuvenation. Long Beach is one of the most popular spots on the island, as it features inviting resorts that overlook the sea.
The calm, clear water is just begging for you to take a dip. Paddle out in a kayak or slap on your snorkel gear and discover the sea life below the surface. The reefs just off the shore provide prime snorkeling conditions, but if you prefer to stay on dry land, you’ll be treated to plenty of scenic views from the shore, too.

Herbal Health Remedies, Natural Medicine, Natural Treatment for Diseases & its Prevention through the Holistic Medical System -- Siddha Medicine. Formulated by Siddhars.
SIDDHA MEDICAL SYSTEM
Ever since the Human life existed on the Earth, there lived other living beings also, such as plants and creatures side by side. Whenever human body is affected with illness on earth there exists method of curing also against the illness or diseases. The Siddha system is known to be the most Ancient system of Medicine which was devoloped by the Siddhars. The primordial Guru or Agasthiyar is the Father of Siddha Medicine. The Siddhars did various research work on Mother Nature and formulated excellent medicines prepared from plants, animals and minerals. The action and medicinal uses of the plants were realised by them through their emminent Mental and Spiritual power. They formulated the medicines from the herbs thousands and thousands of years ago which are still used in the same way without any expiry in their medicinal value.....!
Siddha system of medicine is most ancient and spiritually enriched one. Siddha Medicines are formulated and prepared by the Siddhars thousands of years ago after undergoing various research work on flora, fauna and the rich mineral resources of Mother Earth. The medicines are enriched with prayers and power which not only cures the disease but also provides peace to the mind and spirituality to the soul. This divine system of medicine is a treasure of numerous medicines. The medicines which are available today are very few as many of them are still hidden either in the hands of traditional familes or uknown to the present Siddha generation. However, the medicines range from simple preparations like juice of a herb to the higher medicines like parpam and chendooram which can be preserved life-long. The methods of preparation and purification of raw drugs are very important aspect. A siddha physician can be successful only if he understand these techniques. The most interesting fact about Siddha medicines is that all these preparatory methods are explained by the Siddhars in the form of tamil verses or poems. These verses are not very easy to de-code as it needs a good knowledge in ancient Tamil language and also the grace of Siddhars which is very important in order to realise them. This is one of the reasons why Siddha medicines have not been widely established so far. Years passed and this system got confined in the present Tamil Nadu, in hands of small groups of Traditional vaidyars or Practitioners. They treated the Royal kings and even provided kayakarpa treatment. Some traditional practitioners are teaching this science to their children but they have kept it confined within their families only. The secrets of preparing medicines, mode of treatment and the precious books as well as the Siddha literatures have been kept hidden by them. Even today these missing links or hidden secrets are said to be preserved in such families where this traditional system is practiced. They can't be blamed completely for supressing these secrets. This is because of their fear of disclosing these secrets that may get misused or it may reach in the wrong hands. If the methods of treatment taken into account, then Siddha system holds the 8 unique methods of diagnosis. One among these 8 method is naadi. A Siddha physician keenly observes the naadi before starting any treatment. Hence unlike other system of medicines there does not exist only a symptomatic treatment in Siddha. A strong relationship develops between the patient and physician. The physician not only heals the disease of the patient through medicines but also provides an assurance to his mind and prays for the soul. Hence, Siddha system is unique when compared to any other system of medicine as it is both medicinally and spiritually enriched.
Pygmy elephant can kill
Bornean pygmy elephant may look cute but it can kill, like the recent tragedy of a Australian tourist, Jenna O'Grady Donley, killed by a bull elephant in Tabin. As you can see in this video, the elephants got stressed when we are too close to them, and there are calf among them, making the herd very protective. A bull elephant roars and walks toward us and we have to run. Observing wild elephants at this distance is no longer allowed because it is very dangerous! More dangerous animals at:

U.S.-China Workshop: The Rise of Xi Jinping and China as a Global Power at the Nixon Library
After being inaugurated as president of the People’s Republic of China five years ago, no single leader in modern Chinese history since Mao Zedong has assumed more power, or sizably projected his personal influence both domestically and internationally.
Calling for a national rejuvenation, Xi has pledged to expand the middle class, and make more reforms for increased foreign investment. In foreign policy, Xi’s China has become more assertive. China has deployed its military overseas for the first time since 1950, and made claims to territory in the East and South China Seas. It’s also committed to billions of dollars in foreign aide for developing nations.
In October 2017, the Chinese Communist Party abolished five year term limits, paving the way for Xi to rule beyond 2022.
What does his leadership mean for the political and economic future of China, and superpower relations with the United States?
