In 2014, construction of a new civic building was complete and NMMC decided to lease out the old premises after moving into the new one.[1] The new NMMC headquarters is located at Killa Junction at CBD Belapur and is reported to have the tallest National Flag of India at a height of 225 feet.

Waste Collection Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation
The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) will install radio frequency identification (RFID) tags on garbage bins, along with a GPS , on trucks to monitor garbage pick up in the city.
Residents have often complained that trucks skip garbage bins at times. “Under the hi-tech solid waste disposal system, the bins will have electronic chips which will help in tracking the contents, the time when it was cleared and whether it was cleared properly,” said Babasaheb Rajale, deputy municipal commissioner, solid waste management.
There are 22,000-24,000 bins in the NMMC area, which will all be tagged. As the output increases, the number of containers added may also be fitted with these chips, say sources.
The NMMC has received tenders from three companies. The lowest bidder, however, has bid far above the minimum set tender price. Sources said that to compensate for the gap in estimation, NMMC may revise its plans at a later date.

You can see a wonderful structure of art of building. It looks beautiful in day but at night with shower of lights it looks not less than any ancient palace of India.
It also boasts the tallest flagmast pole in the country with a height of 225 ft.which is open and lit even at night.
Good place with greenery everywhere. The outer ccis parallel to Palm Beach road and it is well maintained clean beautiful garden.

It is the beautiful place in the Navi Mumbai It is nice place for walk and jogging.
The area around the office is nicely landscaped adding to the aesthetics of the building.
With lush green and well maintained lawns and water cascading down the steps it is a mesmerizing sight.
