Tsubasa Bridge Known As Neak Loeung Bridge
I travel by PCX Scooter from Phnom Penh to Tsubasa bridge or Neak Loeung bridge that link Kandal province and Prey Veng province in Cambodia. It's a Grant Aid bridge from the People of Japan. The trip start from Chbar Ampov bridge or Monivong bridge in Phnom Penh city. It's 55Km from Chbar Ampov or Monivong bridge to Neak Loeung. It was fun to drive on National Road No.1 to see something new and it's what I like to do cuz I want to spend a day or two days out of town every weekend. I flew my drone to capture the angle of Tsubasa bridge from Kandal province side and also from Prey Veng province side. It's one of the longest bridge in Cambodia over the mekong river. We called it Tsubasa bridge or Cambodian-Japanese friendship bridge known as Neak Loeung bridge. Tsubasa bridge construction started in February 12, 2011 and Opened to public in April 6, 2015.
In this video, i used GoPro Hero 5 Black, iPhone 6s, & DJI Phantom 3 Standard.

The Neak Loeung Bridge (aka Tsubasa Bridge) links Kandal Province with the town of Neak Loeung, Prey Veng Province in Cambodia, on the heavily traveled highway between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh City. This 2.2 km bridge will eliminate a ferry crossing and will be the longest bridge across the Mekong River in the country, and is funded and built as a Japanese government donation (Cambodia's third Japanese donated bridge) and now appears on the new 500 Riel note. It was inaugurated in April 2015.
The inauguration ceremony for construction was set on February 12, 2011. Once completed, is set to become Cambodia's longest bridge spanning over 2 kilometers.

This 2.2 km cable-stayed bridge eliminated a ferry crossing and is the longest bridge across the Mekong River in Cambodia, 300 meters longer than its nearest rival, the Koh Kong Bridge. It was funded and built by a Japanese government donation (Cambodia's third Japanese donated bridge) and its image now appears on the new 500 riel note.
The inauguration ceremony to begin construction occurred on February 12, 2011. The bridge opened to traffic in April 2015.

NEAK, LOEUNG CAMBODIA – Cambodia on Monday inaugurated the Japan-funded Tsubasa Bridge across the Mekong River.The suspension bridge, built at a cost of ¥119.4 million, allows National Route 1 to cross the Mekong River. At 2,215 meters, it is the longest bridge in Cambodia.

We first time travel on Neak Loeung Bridge or Tsubasa Bridge at Prey Veng Province in Cambodia. Previously people can only cross the mekong river by ferry and it takes long hours to cross this river. Right now the new bridge is built and donated by Japan a brand new bridge and strong and a highway from Cambodia to Vietnam. People like to stop on the bridge and take pictures.

This is the longest bridge in Cambodia, located in Prey Veng and Kandal province which launched on April 06, 2015.
