The Mémorial de Caen museum offers its visitors a historical journey through the 20th century, discovering major events from the end of the First World War to the fall of the Berlin Wall. It has a whole section covering D-Day and is the only museum in Normandy to relate the intensity of the Invasion that followed and explain its preparation in both enemy camps.
The Arromanches 360 Circular Cinema is the only circular cinema in France where the film is projected in High Definition on 9 screens. It projects the film 'Normandy 100's days' which tells the story of the terrible Battle of Normandy thanks to archive images gathered from around the world. It's a very moving tribute to soldiers from all countries and to the 20,000 civilians who were killed during this battle.

Welcome DDay revisited - Thury-Harcourt Le Hom - Normandie - 07/06/2019
Vendredi 7 juin 2019, 38 vétérans britanniques ont été accueillis par les enfants de Thury-Harcourt à l'occasion du 75ème Anniversaire de la Bataille de Normandie. Une commémoration émouvante au cours de laquelle près de 400 enfants ont décoré les anciens soldats, au son du pipe band regroupant 20 joueurs de cornemuse. Retour en images sur l'événement.
Friday, June 7, 2019, 38 British veterans were welcomed by the children of Thury-Harcourt on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Normandy. A touching commemoration in which nearly 400 children decorated the former soldiers, at the sound of a pipe band with 20 pipers. Back in pictures on the event.

Du bio dans les Restaurants Universitaires du Crous de Rouen Normandie
A l'occasion de la semaine de l'équilibre alimentaire, l'association Inter bio Normandie s'est déplacée au Restaurant Universitaire du Panorama à Mont-Saint-Aignan pour animer une dégustation de produits bio.
Nous avons profité de cet événement pour interroger nos étudiants sur notre démarche d’alimentation bio développée dans tous nos RU.

La saison des festivals est lancée... Rush à Rouen, VivaCité à Sotteville les Rouen, Rock in Evreux, Beauregard à côté de Caen début juillet … le moment choisi par Dimanche en politique pour se pencher sur la culture en Normandie.
La Normandie abrite après Paris le plus de musées en France, une part de notre culture, très attirante pour les étrangers qui restent fortement liée au passé et à l’histoire.
Trois ans après la réunification normande, comment choisissons nous aujourd’hui de faire exister notre identité culturelle?
Quel avenir réservons nous à notre culture normande?
Les rendez-vous et les grands projets fleurissent comme par exemple, celui initié par la Métropole de Rouen : candidater à la place de « Capitale européenne de la culture en 2028 » ... Un « truc » de plus ou au contraire une nouvelle chance pour tous les normands?
