LAKE OAHE Stilling Basin Exclusive NEW Pierre, SD Missouri River Flood Video 155,000 CFPS 6-18-11
This is the most water that has ever been released from the Lake Oahe Stilling Basin in Pierre South Dakota. 155,000 cubic feet of water per second is being released. It is an amazing sight. This is the first time in history that they have had this much water being released at one time. This water flow is what is contributing to the flooding along the Missouri river system.
