My Japan Trip #9 - Miso class (fermentation workshop)
This was the second time I attended a Miso making class conducted by Keiko Ono San in Japan. The first time was 2 years ago. At that time, I learnt about how to start making Miso paste. This time around, I sank myself further into the Japanese food culture and stayed for a month. In that one month I got to know more things and for example, there are different types of Miso and the purpose of making them. Thank you Keiko Ono San for the teaching and it was so nice to catch up with you again and many Thanks Judy for fetching me to the workshop at Kanagawa ❤️❤️❤️
