Wowww!!! I am an acrophobia but it's chance to see a beatiful view on observatory dect.

(JTLV2018) Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima - Toshiba High-Speed Traction Lifts (High Zone)
These lifts go at a BLAZING SPEED of 8 M/S! That is very fast compare to the 2.5 m/s glass lifts on the way up. Tourists are forced to use the office lifts down from the observatory (I really don't know why). There is also a low zone lift across the hallway on the ground floor, but I didn't bother uploading it because it was a Hitachi lift that had a very annoying fan and the exactly same fixtures as this lift. The touch button on the ground floor is very nice and very sensitive. I really like this high-speed 8 m/s Toshiba lift!

(JTLV2018) Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima - Toshiba Traction Scenic Lift (Observatory)
I have to say, this lift is pretty slow for 52 floors. 52 FLOORS! And this lift goes at the speed of... guess what. 2.5 M/S!? This is absolutely too slow compared to the high zone lift which goes at 8 m/s! The touch call button on the ground floor is a really nice custom touch-sensitive button. The view is really nice!

Umeda Sky Building & Osaka Cosmo Tower Prefecture Goverment Sakishima (sunset keren)
Umeda Sky Building is a strikingly unique and very shiny high-rise structure of glass and steel which stands tall and aloof in an open area to the north of Osaka Station. Designed by Hiroshi Hara, the Japanese architect who also designed Kyoto Station, and completed in 1993, the 173 meter tall building consists of two separate towers which are joined at the top by a ring-like observation deck.
Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Building (Sakishima Cosmo Tower) is ranked 4th tallest building in Japan. With the height of 256 meters. Located on an artificial island, visitors can enjoy the perfect panorama view of the Osaka bay area.

In this showoff I want to quickly show you the top floor of the Osaka Government building known as the Cosmo Tower. The Cosmo Tower is the second tallest building in Osaka and the third tallest in Japan.
What I really liked about the place was how empty it was, normally places in Japan are very crowded so this made everything easy for the day.

Cosmo Tower, formerly known as the World Trade Center, is the tallest building in Sakishima Island, where there are many facilities designed to accommodate business conferences and trade fairs. It offers a observation deck on its 55th floor at 256 meters above ground, which affords a spectacular view of Osaka. There are restaurants and shops on the lower and top floors, while conference rooms and offices occupy most of the floors in between.
