White-Bellied Sea Eagle
'I was incredibly lucky on this day!!'
I was visiting Osprey House Environment Centre on the banks of the Pine River at Hays Inlet, when while I was videoing what I thought may have been a Black Kite because of the fork in the tail, I noticed a White-Bellied Sea-Eagle swoop down for a fish, missed it but flew back round and caught it.
Then, a while later, a White-Bellied Sea-Eagle flew into a tree right outside the Visitors Centre and started to eat it. Whether it was the same Sea Eagle I'll never know but I was incredibly lucky to be there that day, at that moment to video it.
So I wanted to share the exhilarating awe that I felt that day at the beautiful majestic grace of these magnificent birds.
Enjoy!

Awesome Great Barrier Reef!
I'm sure that you are already aware of this but... the Great Barrier Reef is amazing! I took a boat out from Cairns, did 2 dives (my first ever!) and some snorkeling. So glad that I got the opportunity to do this bucketlist adventure!
I also talk about the price that I paid for the reef tour and what it included, and about what my experience was - especially as a first-time diver. Hope that it helps!
NOTES about the filming -
- Sorry about the lines and... stuff... on my face. *shrug* Oh well! :P
- The colors of the reef are very hard to bring out on the GoPro footage, mainly because deeper under the water, there isn't as much light. I tried to edit it to bring out more color, but it's even more vibrant in real life!
- Sorry if the GoPro footage is shaky in some parts!
I love sharing my adventures! Please subscribe - there are always many more coming up.

Amy & Violette Dive the very Great Barrier Reef
We did a 3 day liveaboard. We flew from Brisbane to Cairns(pronounced Caahnes) and spent a frightful night in a less than luxury hostel. We woke up at the crack of dawn, took a hoopty van to an office, signed our lives away, and took a 2 hour boat ride out to the interior of the Great Barrier Reef and boarded the Kangaroo Explorer. The same day, after refreshed from two snorkels in the most beautiful piece of ocean in the world, we were talked into an introductory dive by our instructor Brad. What you see here is our gear up, freak out, jump in, lesson in breathing and then one of most amazing experiences either of us have EVER had. Good on ya!
