Take a drive into the past with historical driving tours. They will take you back into another time and place. The Ogemaw County Genealogical and Historical Society has four different tours. The books give you directions and the historical information of the location. They are $10 per book and can be purchased at the Historical Society, the West Branch Area Chamber of Commerce office and other retailers in West Branch.

In this HollywoodShono in Real Life video, we stopped off at the West Branch 7-11, which is now a Mobil :( :( :( No more slurpee mugs unfortunatly, even though some of the products and sizes of the drinks are the same.
Mom and I make fun of the Lumberjack Restaurant pretending that's Tim's Cousin and also take a look at the TangerOutlets, which the building would make a sweet Sniper Tower.
We then zoom in on Tim's cousin at 22X from my Samsung Galaxy Camera 2, which I just picked up on Thursday.
Driving down the street, we admire a Taco Bell and Big Boys, which are Jennifer Garrido's two favorite places.
Driving by a Wal-Mart, mom asks me to track Dollar Tree, and my next adventure is K-Mart where I find a JPair Waterproof MP3 Player for $33, which was on clearance and a steal.
Gotta love road trips with mom! Dead Raccoon anyone? Come to I-75 and enjoy free roadkill.
So we go shopping at Dollar Tree, and I spent about 1 Day of Youtube money($60) at Kmart.

Tanger Mall West Branch MI The Beginning Of The End
Look at the end of the building @2:34. The roof collapsed from the weight of snow. This event put the cherry on the mall. Unable to get another anchor tenant, the mall was sold. The new owners, after two years of dumping money into advertising and improvements have put this relic on the market. The strip mall is dead. I remember shortly after this mall opened. A Polo shop was having 50K days. My how things have changed.
