Nathia Gali or Nathiagali Urdu: نتھیا گلی) is a mountain resort town or hill station in Abbottabad District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is located at the center of the Galyat range, where several hill-stations are situated, closely connected to each other, and with their names mostly ending in 'Gali'. Nathiagali is known for its scenic beauty, hiking tracks and pleasant weather, which is much cooler than the rest of the Galyat due to it being at a greater altitude. It is situated 34 kilometers at one hour's drive away from both Murree and Abbottabad, lying midway between these two places. The drive time from Islamabad is usually about two hours, unless there is a lot of traffic.
Tehreek Haqooq e Mianwali-Potohar/Hazara Potohar Province separate from Punjab & Sarikistan Province
After the 4th July, 2011, Mianwali Incident, which raised many questions and thinking for Think Thank of Mianwali Civil Society (citizens from all walks of life) Tehreek Haqooq-e-Mianwali that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif & Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani of Multan heart of Sarikistan Province did not say a few words over this sorrowful incident in which punjab government shelled tear gas and directly fired on a peaceful rally of civil society demanding their just basic rights for necessities of life- electricity, royalty over electricity generating in Mianwali on Chasma & Jinnah Barrage, University of Mianwali, Medical College/University, Engineering University, Agriculture University and Women University, Latest Public Parks in every tehsil, Kala Bagh Steel Mill, Motorway from Bilkasar & Kot Momin to Mianwali via Esa Khel link to Indus High Way, Tax free Industrial Estate, International Standard Cricket Stadium, Hockey Stadium, Indoor Sports Complex, International Airport, quota for seats in Medical colleges & Engineering Universities for Mianwali District as being backward, officers quota in CSS, PCS, Police, Army , Air Force, Navy since highly educated young of Mianwali are being taken as constable only in police and army etc which is clear cut discrimination towards citizens of Mianwali. Latest equipped hospital in every Tehsil of Mianwali (Tehsil Mianwali, Piplan, Esa Khel). Creation of new provinces in Pakistan are being demanded by peoples from all walks of life due to increased population day by day making very difficult to govern a huge & thick populated Punjab Province, and Punjab Government administration could not able to administrate the whole Punjab Province efficiently by single Chief Minister and Governor. Now example can be taken from the 4th July, 2011 Mianwali Incident in which two peaceful citizens killed by punjab police and many injured and many arrested by a false FIR, Chief Minister Punjab did not pay visit to District Mianwali which means Chief Minister could not administer so far district of Punjab. So for, it will be wise step to divide the Punjab at-least in to 3 provinces --(1) Potohar/Hazara Potohar Province comprising on District Mianwali, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Khushab, Bhakkar, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad, all districts of Hazara Division, (After referendum in Dera Ismail Khan could be included in Potohar/Hazara Potohar Province or in Sarikistan Province, similarly in District Gujrat, Mandi Bahaudin and Sargodha by referendum it could be decided to whether join Potohar Province or Punjab Province)-(2) Punjab Province comprise on District Lahore, Kasur, Toba Tek Singh, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Nankan Sahib, Faisalabad, Okara, ( in Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Jhang, Chiniot by referendum it could be decided to which province these include in Punjab or Sarikistan Province.) (3) Sarikistan Province comprises on Districts Multan, MuzaffarGarh, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Vehari, Lodharan,Khanewal, Layya, Bhawalnagar, Bhawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan.
These Provinces are necessary for good governance and administration politically and officially. Budget distribution will also equal and shall bring development in neglected and deprived districts like Mianwali, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Khushab, Bhakkar. It will be better to declare Mianwali as capital for Potohar/Hazara Potohar Province, since it is geographically free from earthquake free zone, have fresh & mineral ground water and away from Federal Capital Islamabad and it is potential area for industries like steel, salt, coal, and main advantage it is on the bank of Indus river beautiful scenes for tourisms and people are very gentle and peace loving. It is first time in history tear gas and direct firing had been committed by police on a peaceful rally. Pakistan needs bold and wise decision according to changing circumstances and it is time to change the old tracks in every field of life, since new generation is much more updated shall demand every thing according to new world around them where due to Information Technologies could compare the difference between Pakistan and other countries where new world has been started but Pakistan in-spite of atomic power is behind in every field of life due to shortage of bold decision for the welfare of people of Pakistan, development in Industries, Agriculture, Economy, Administration which is maily still run on Patwari, Thanadar, and Clerks instead of highly professionally educated persons. Old system is being tested which mean that in governance talented peoples are absent who could not device new system in every field of life. So it is time to take wise decision in respect of administration new Small Provinces all through Pakistan, leave old Patwari, Thanaydar and Clerks system who had jammed badly now a days the Pakistan.
