The idea of step by step photos put to music to display my various art forms came about through the creation of Muster Mates. This painting is designed as a representation of how I perceive the township of Deniliquin, which I call my second home. It captures the splendor of rural outback Australian sunsets, the magnificent arrays of colour in its landscapes and the wonderful pride Deniliquin community has for the Ute muster festival held there each year. Using the silhouette theme in conjunction with my Outback Silhouettes Art exhibition at the Peppin Heritage Museum, on the 17th December 2016 from 1-3 pm, Muster Mates came to life. Awareness of the vital link Art and Mental /Physical wellbeing is for not only disabled individuals but also other members of rural communities is extremely important.
