Puerto Colon - Costa Adeje (Tenerife Travel Guide 2019)
Join me in Tenerife, where I take a trip to Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz. The modern marina of Puerto Colón is located in the south of Tenerife, just 16 kilometers from the Reina Sofia Airport.
Nestled in Playa de las Américas, one of the busiest tourist areas of the island, it is protected by a large curved breakwater with a maximum depth of water at low tide of two meters. With a capacity for 364 anchored boats (maximum 24 metres long) and 237 moorings this is one of Tenerife’s best equipped marinas.

Walk Along the Puerto Colon Beach, Playa de la Pinta, Costa Adeje, Tenerife, Canary Islands
One of the best beaches in the area. The bay limits the waves making it a good choice for younger children.

(4k) Puerto Colon and Kaluna Beach Club, Tenerife, Canary Islands
Puerto Colon is located on the very pleasant easy walk along the coastal path between Los Americas and Fanabe, with restaurants bars and cafes all along the walk. Puerto Colon is an idealic resort and once you have spent a day here you will not want to go anywhere else.
The resort has a wonderful sandy beach, safe bathing and mountain views to die for, In fact every facility you could wish for from a top class location.
The Marina is one of the principle Marina's on the south of the island, servicing the needs of Los Americas, San Eugenio, Torviscas and Fanabe and is part of a very up-market modern development. Not only is it the centre for diving and boat excursions but also Power Boats, Yachts and Fishing Charter Boats for big game fishing are all berthed here, as well as the Catamarans which leave from this port for Whale watching trips between Tenerife and the Island of Gomera. The port is also known for the various statues that are placed around the Marina area.
The whole ambience of this resort is one of quality with top notch facilities, providing security guards, lots of Bars, Restaurants, Boutiques, extensive Parking, and Toilets, in fact everything you will require, and all skirting the Marina and beach areas and is adjacent to the Marina. This beach is disabled friendly with easy access, and has good amenities including Sun beds, Sun Shades and lots of flat fine Golden sand, for those who just prefer to play beach games or just sunbathe on a towel. It does not get much better than this - enjoy!

Adejе Playa La Pinta Puerto Colon Порт Пуэрто Колон
Costa Adeje
B.O.B. Diving. B.O.B. – Breathing Observation Bubble.

Tenerife 2019 Costa Adeje, Playa del Duque & La Caleta ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!
Puerto Colon, Playa Blanca, Playa de las Vistas, Playa De Las Americas, Playa de la Pinta, Playa del Camison, Troya Beach, Playa del Puertito, Los Cristianos Harbour, Playa De La Enramada, Playa de Los Cristianos, Playa de Ajabo, Playa de Abama, Playa Las Galgas, Playa de Antequera.
Costa Adeje is a town and municipality in the southwestern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
Playa del Duque is a premium beach on Costa Adeje in southern Tenerife. This whole area is a high-quality, exclusive resort; the essence of chic. And the beach is just as fantastic! Walk along the soft golden sand, feel it between your toes… take a dip in the warm, crystal clear waters.
Playa del Duque is made for beach lovers, people who like to relax, people who love the finer things in life. A place this good deserves to fly the Blue Flag with pride. This prestigious status has been awarded to Playa del Duque for its cleanliness, high standards and outstanding facilities: A mark of excellence. The beach is popular with holidaymakers, particularly those who enjoy a calm, classy environment.
The charming fishing village of La Caleta is located just a stone's throw away from one of the busiest holiday areas on the island and a must visit if you are staying in the south of Tenerife. People who are lucky enough to know about this gem, tend to come here and enjoy the best seafood restaurants on the island or to take a dip into the amazingly clear, turquoise-coloured waters.
La Caleta is situated on the southwest coast of Tenerife, near popular holiday destination Adeje Costa. It takes about an hour to walk to La Caleta from there, you can also reach the village by car or local bus, from your holiday rental in Los Cristianos or villa in Playa de las Americas.
During the last few decades, La Caleta has transformed into a fantastic hotspot for culinary delights in Tenerife. The food-obsessed come here to enjoy some of the best seafood of the island, knock back some local wines and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
There are no sandy beaches in La Caleta. The shoreline is rocky, but you can find plenty of stairs, making access to the sea easier. The clarity of the sparkling turquoise waters will invite you to take a dip.
You can find some breathtaking beaches behind the mountains on the right-hand side of La Caleta. You will have to climb down to reach them and they are not accessible by road. The paths are rough and steep in places, so remember to bring good shoes, some water and snacks with you.
The first beach you will find is Playa Los Morteros - 25 years ago only a few people on the island knew this place even existed. Morteros is not a sandy beach either, instead, it is a rocky cove where you will find many places where to jump into the clear blue sea. There is also a small hippie community living on the beach, although camping is not permitted here.
After Playa de Los Morteros you will come to Playa Diego Hernandez, but you will have to go down the steep, rocky path to reach it. Playa Diego Hernandez has been regularly voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife.
Diego Hernandez is approximately 80 metres long with powdery white sand. The atmosphere is relaxed, many naturists come here to enjoy the peace and get that all-over tan.
It is recommended to visit Playa Diego Hernandez during low tide when there is plenty of space for your towel. If it is high tide, you can enjoy the warm Canarian sun on the cliffs with a picnic.
Diego Hernandez is located next to Golf Costa Adeje. You can also walk here from the lovely village of El Puertito - one of the nicest villages in the south of Tenerife.
If you're looking for shopping then take a look with me at Plaza Del Duque and Centro Comercial El Mirador Shopping Center.
Also if you're stopping at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace, then keep an eye out for it on my right.

[4K] Costa Adeje, Promenade Walk from Playa del Duque, Fanabe to Playa la Pinta - Tenerife
A nice place plenty of bars and restaurants with a fantastic panorama. It's perfect for walk and promenade. There are also open markets and different amusement activities.
A quick sweep of Playa Puerto Colon Beach
This is a wide view sweep round look at Playa Porto Colon Beach that sits right beside the Puerto Colon harbour and marina.
Playa Puerto Colón, also known as Playa La Pinta, is one of many beaches along the Costa Adeje. It is just a few minutes' walk along the beach promenade from its more famous neighbouring beach, Playa Fañabé.
The beach lies well sheltered from the wind and waves, right next to the small harbour to which it owes its name. To the right it is sheltered by big black rocks and to the left it borders the marina.
There are plenty of loungers and sun umbrellas to hire on the beach and a few palm trees enhance the scenery. On the broad beach promenade there is a wide range of restaurants, bars and small shops selling souvenirs and beach accessories.
Several water sports operators can be found here on the promenade and around the harbour. They offer a broad range of activities from jet skiing, parasailing and diving to catamaran sailing and flyboarding. For children there is a large trampoline, a slide and other floating play equipment - in fact, Playa Puerto Colón has a water playground!
Thanks to the wide range of amenities and the good location, the beach is ideal for families with small children. You can walk to all the other beaches of the Costa Adeje and Las Américas from here, along the beautiful beach promenade.'

Costa Adeje - Tenerife 2019 - Playa de Fañabé - WATCH BEFORE YOU FLY!
Costa Adeje is an up-market resort on the southern coast of Tenerife that attracts the discerning traveller who enjoys attractive, sophisticated sandy beaches, high-class entertainment, luxurious hotels, apartments, resorts, villas and fine-dining. This fantastic holiday destination promises relaxation, fun, adventure and of course… sunshine!
It does not matter if you are retired or barely out of nappies, there is something for everyone in Costa Adeje with lots of outdoor activities on offer. Maybe you would like to go jet-skiing or wind surfing? Maybe you want to watch whales and dolphins in their natural environment? Or just relax on a boat tour of the coast.
Golf lovers will be in their glory here, with a championship course, stunning views and lush landscapes at Golf Costa Adeje. And keeping the kids entertained is easy. There are two fantastic fun-filled water parks; Siam Park, is one of the biggest and best in Europe and Aqualand has loads of exciting slides and an incredible dolphin show.
The superb quality beaches of southern Tenerife are among the best in the Canary Islands and boast warm sea temperatures for much of the year.
The chic Playa del Duque really is excellent, with golden soft sand and beautiful clear water. Sumptuous sunbeds line the beach and an elegant promenade is alive with good quality restaurants and bars.
Playa Fañabé is equally inviting, with a large stretch of sand and ideal conditions for swimming in the ocean. Different varieties of fish can be found at the tranquil cove of Playa Paraiso, which boasts a fantastic 5-star hotel on the seafront.

Tenerife Las Americas & Costa Adeje What's The Weather Like In December and January?
What’s the weather like in Tenerife in December? What’s the weather like in Tenerife in January? What will the weather be like in Tenerife in 2020? Is it sunny? Will it be warm? Is it hot? Will it be hot?
Are you booking a holiday in Las Americas or Costa Adeje Tenerife in 2020? Do you want to know what the weather will be like in Tenerife? Then watch as I take a walk along the promenade from Playa De Las Americas through Puerto Colon tenerife towards Costa Adeje. Along the way I will show you where to find the best steak, where to find the cheapest drinks and best restaurants.
In this video it's all about what the weather is like in Tenerife.
Playa de las Americas, near Tenerife's southwestern tip, is a lively, upbeat resort built in the 1960s. Today it's crammed with British restaurants, bars and hotels and North European tourists. Its white sands attract hordes of sun worshippers, while nearby El Medano is famed for its windsurfing. Top attractions include sailing, golf and dinner theatre shows, but it's the nightlife on Veronica's Strip that is the top draw for the crowds of young tourists who flock here to party around the clock.
Costa Adeje is a coastal part of a town and municipality in the southwestern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
