Port Macquarie - Flynns Beach
Flynns Beach in beautiful Port Macquarie, Australia. One of our most beautiful beaches with Surf Lifesaving Club and only 5 minutes drive from the town centre.
The main swimming and surfing beach is at the northern end and rockpools adorn the south end of the beach with a large semi sheltered swimming area.
Absolutely one of the prettiest beaches anywhere with many families choosing this location for picnics, bbqs, and outings. Flynns Beach also has a good following of youth and nippers in surf lifesaving, and surf lessons are available daily provided by world surfing tour pros. Lots of local people visit this beach daily for surfing, walks, or just to drive through and admire the magnificent view that possibly makes Flynns Beach one of the prettiest and best beaches in the world.

Our van life dream Australia -
We are an Australian couple, living and working full-time from our self-built camper van as we travel the country. We have one goal and that is to be present and aware of the now and to live in the moment.
We've endeavoured to remove anything stress inducing from our lives, so we travel with minimal possessions, we eat simple, healthy food and we work for ourselves at our own pace. Living in a van just goes hand-in-hand with our lifestyle.
We usually spend our days parked up at the beach, working and surfing. We have a lot of people approach us, who are curious about our van and our lifestyle, so we have decided to document how we live and why we do it, hence the YouTube channel!

The 2019 Fox Superflow Championships, sealed by Stan’s will be held at the best kept ‘enduro-secret of the North’: Jolly Nose MTB Park on the NSW North Coast!
Supported by Port Macquarie Hastings Council on the weekend of 13+14 July this will be the perfect winter school holiday getaway for mountain biking lovers, besties and their families we reckon!
It will be easy to entertain your race entourage in Port Macquarie and surrounds and we can see you practice on the Saturday and then kick back and relax with everyone on the local shores. Our event schedule was specifically designed with those social activities in mind: We have all race tracks ready and marked for the Saturday, so you can come and do some recky rides in your own time, before hitting race day on the Sunday!
The superflow races are Rocky Trail's take on Enduro: for riders of all ages and different XC or gravity backgrounds – race on ‘super-flowy’ singletrails for fun or hunt down those seconds for the win, perfect for riders who like to have a fun ride with a good challenge, especially if it is against the mates.
It’s like a weekend ride with your besties, with timed sections in between! And because these events don’t stipulate any start orders they allow riders of all ages spend the whole day together on the bike.

Flamingo Surfing on Australia Day
After a dare from the Morris Family I had to try surfing a flamingo for half and hour on Australia Day. Surprisingly the flamingo paddled well, standing up however was another matter as seen from this video.
