Planet Hero helped organize and filmed the first ever yoga flash mob in the history of Nepal, in Thamel, in the heart of Kathmandu! It was an extraordinary event. Also, the first ever yoga flash mob in Asia. There were about 50 yogis on the streets of the city, doing the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) with mantras; led by Dr Gautama Chintamani. And the police closed the busy streets so we could down on our yoga mats in the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu central!
