Vladimir Putin threatens USA with Russia's new missiles in his 2019 Address to Federal Assembly
On Wednesday, February 20, 2019, President Vladimir Putin delivered his address to the Federal Assembly, in which he presented his assessment of the state of affairs in the country and announced his vision of most important objectives for the near future. It has become Putin's 15th address to the Federal Assembly as President.
Unlike last year's speech, in which Putin presented Russia's new outstanding developments and achievements in the field of defence, his present address was expected to be people-oriented. Putin's ratings have been declining as citizens are tired of waiting for the authorities to deal with a plethora of social and economic problems in Russia. Indeed, in the beginning of his speech, Putin declared that it was necessary to focus attention on internal issues of the country's development. According to him, all Russians will see improvements already in the coming months. About 95% of Putin's Address to the Federal Assembly was devoted to social issues, but he also spoke about Russia's military power, her state-of-the-art weapons, and did not miss a chance to intimidate the United States.
About 19 million Russians are living below the poverty line now, and this is too much, Putin said.
The President said that he knows that citizens of Russia have to save on most essential things, such as clothes, medicines and even food.
In the near future, already this year, we should see real changes in people's assessments of the situation. Early next year, we'll summarize first results of the work on national projects, Putin said.
In conclusion, Vladimir Putin threatened the US leadership by saying that Russia's new missiles will be able to reach Washington and New York. However, Putin noted that Russia was not interested in confronting the United States. Russia is not a threat to the US - instead, Russia wants to have equal friendly relations with Washington. He urged the White House to abandon illusions about gaining global military superiority. Otherwise, he stressed, Russia will be forced to take measures in response.

Russia presents counter measures to US sanctions
Head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov has presented President Vladimir Putin with alternative response to new US sanctions. In particular, the Foreign Minister offered to dispatch home the same number of US diplomats – 31 employees of the US Embassy in Moscow and 4 people from the consulate general in Saint Petersburg. The US diplomats will be also deprived of their country house in Serebryany Bor forest and a store on the Dorozhnaya Street in Moscow as part of the counter measures.
As Pravda.Ru reported, the US declared about new sanctions against Russia yesterday because of cyber attacks it had allegedly carried out. In particular, 35 Russian diplomats from the Embassy in Washington and consulate general in San Francisco were declared persona non grata. Along with their families they should leave the US territory in 72 hours.
Beside that, the State Department closed access to two complexes in Maryland and in New York which belong to the Russian government. The White House also announced imposition of sanctions against the Russian special services, including the Main Intelligence Directorate and Federal Security Service, as they believe they are involved in cyber attacks. Sanctions presuppose blockade of property and ban to visit the US.

Госдеп США: «Посещать Азербайджан ОПАСНО ДЛЯ ЖИЗНИ!»
Ильхам Алиев не может оправиться от шока: Госдепартамент США включил Азербайджан в список стран с повышенным риском терроризма и угрозой безопасности. Поэтому Госдеп не советует своим гражданам посещать Азербайджан. Примечательно, что Азербайджан поставлен в один ряд с такими африканскими странами, как Судан и Нигер, где долгие годы бушевала гражданская война.
В Азербайджане, в отличие от Судана и Нигера, никогда не было гражданской войны, а значит — не было повстанцев, которые с оружием в руках воевали против правительства. Правда, была одна удачная попытка свержения президента: в мае 1993 года мятежники полковника Сурата Гусейнова двинули свои танки из Гянджи в Баку, а в июне президент Абульфас Эльчибей в панике бежал из Баку.
Было также две неудачные попытки свержения Гейдара Алиева: первая — в октябре 1994 года, когда тот же Сурат Гусейнов, но уже в статусе премьер-министра, пытался свергнуть Гейдара Алиева. Но безуспешно. Мятежники были арестованы. И вторая попытка: в марте 1995 года группа ОМОНовцев во главе с Ровшаном Джавадовым пыталась взять власть в свои руки, но опытный Гейдар Алиев вовремя разгадал маневр мятежников: путч был подавлен.
Но, повторяю, гражданской войны в Азербайджане никогда не было. Понятно, что Госдепартамент имел в виду тот факт, что четверть территории Азербайджана занята армянскими войсками, и сам Азербайджан находится в состоянии замороженной войны с Арменией.
Но ведь есть и другой пример. Столица Азербайджана — Баку — один из самых стабильных и безопасных городов в СНГ. Усилиями Ильхама Алиева, вложившего за минувшие 14 лет в инфраструктуру города миллиарды долларов, Баку превратился в один из самых красивых и комфортных для жизни городов.
Официальный представитель МИД Азербайджана Хикмет Гаджиев заявил, что в Баку удивлены включением республики Госдепом США в категорию опасных для посещения стран. Он отметил, что в в минувшие годы в Азербайджане были проведены такие крупные международные соревнования, как Евровидение, первые Европейские игры, Исламские игры солидарности, гонки «Формула-1» и многие другие.
«В этой связи такое заявление Госдепа США вызывает большое удивление», – заметил дипломат. Он также подчеркнул, что Азербайджан гарантирует безопасность для всех иностранных граждан, приезжающих в страну

ОПАСНЫЙ ПОВОРОТ: США и Китай вступили в СГОВОР против КНДР?
Сегодня в центре внимания мировых СМИ вновь оказалась Северная Корея. Влиятельная японская газета Asahi Shimbun со ссылкой на осведомленные источники в Вашингтоне сообщила о том, что якобы США и Китай договорились создать в Южной Корее «горячую линию» для обмена информацией по КНДР.
По данным издания, стороны намерены активно делиться информацией о применении экономических санкций, а также будут поддерживать связь между оборонными ведомствами двух стран, чтобы держать на постоянном прицеле Северную Корею.
Газета Asahi Shimbun утверждает, что указанные выше договоренности между Вашингтоном и Пекином были достигнуты в ходе официального визита Дональда Трампа в Пекин 9 ноября. Издание утверждает, что якобы в ходе переговоров председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин заявил, что Пекин не допустит признания Северной Кореи ядерной державой. Китайски лидер также якобы заявил, что «давление на Пхеньян надо продолжать до тех пор пока КНДР не прекратит ядерные испытания».
По версии Asahi Shimbun, отныне спецслужбы США и Поднебесной будут делиться разведывательными данными о разработках Пхеньяна в сфере ядерного оружия и баллистических ракет.
Эта информация японской газеты вызвала большой интерес в ведущих столицах мира. Создалось даже впечатление, что Вашингтон и Пекин вступили в сговор против Пхеньяна. Врочем в тот же день источники в Минобороны КНР опровергли информацию Asahi Shimbun СМИ о том, что китайские и американские военные договорились в оперативном порядке обмениваться разведданными и координировать свои шаги по Северной Корее.
Как отмечает китайская газета Global Times со ссылкой на анонимного военного аналитика, японская газета умышленно запустила дезинформацию о тайном сговоре США и Китая, чтобы вбить клин между Китаем и КНДР.
Эксперты считают, что после новогодних праздников проблема Северной Кореи будет одной из главных в повестке дня для ведущих стран мира. Три ядерные державы — Россия, США и Китай — должны будут найти компромисс, который бы исключил военное решение северокорейского вопроса.

Friend from Washington: Trump wants to be friends with Putin
The American billionaire Donald Trump claimed about bright outlook for relations between Moscow and Washington, which the whole world would see, if he became the US President.
We are going to have a great relationship with Putin and Russia, Trump noted during his speech in New York. He also expressed a wish to strengthen relations with other countries, including China.
By the way, Donald Trump revealed his intentions to be friends with Russia and its President Vladimir Putin in particular in case he wins the elections, not for the first time. Before that he used to state it in an interview with a French weekly magazine Valeurs actuelles.
The politician said he was sure that he could have good relations with Vladimir Putin, as there are no reasons the US could not reach agreement with Russia on a whole range of important problems, in particular the Middle Eastern one; and that nothing could be worse than the current situation where Obama and Putin scarcely spoke with each other.
Beside that, he was satisfied with and even proud of an estimate the Russian President gave him during one of the press conferences. Putin said I was brilliant. That proves a certain smartness, Trump reminded.

US Congress dispatches Putin’s army to Korea
A sensational statement has been made by Maxine Waters, the U.S. Representative for California. According to her, Russia has invaded… Korea! The speech of Democratic representative was broadcast by the US TV.
The Congresswoman lambasted the President Donald Trump, having noted that he was fishing for impeachment, as he did nothing while Moscow kept assaulting Korea.
This blooper was not the only one during her speech. The Congresswoman also did not manage to recollect the Syrian city of Aleppo and named it only after a hint her assistants dropped.
Spectators reacted to Waters’ speech with perplexity. While journalists just derided her. Some of them wondered whether Putin was going to attack the Moon.
However, one should not be amazed. In early February journalist Caleb Maupin carried out an experiment on the streets of New York, asking passers-by what they thought about Russian threat to the state of Kyrgbekistan. Al-Qaeda's attack to Russia
The United States gave a presentation which revealed plans of Al Qaeda to attack Russia. International terrorist organization was going to send fighters to the gas pipeline explosion or attack on the US Embassy. This is evidenced by submissions to the court during the proceedings case of Abid Naseer, who is accused of preparing unrealized terrorist attack in New York subway and in collaboration with al-Qaeda.

The US President has offered to investigate ties of the Clintons with Russia. The US Congress is interested in alleged ties of his team with Russia, but is not bothered about ties of Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary for some reason, Donald Trump claimed.
‘Why isn't the House Intelligence Committee looking into the Bill & Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia, Russian speech, money to Bill, the Hillary Russian reset, praise of Russia by Hillary, or Podesta Russian Company. Trump Russia story is a hoax,' he wrote on his Twitter.
As Pravda.Ru reported, the Uranium One company is one of the biggest mining companies in the world with international assets in Kazakhstan, the US, Canada, Australia and Tanzania. It was purchased by the Russian Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation through one of its subsidiaries in 2013. As a result, Russia obtained control over 20% of the uranium production in the US.

3 arrested in New York City for allegedly conspiring to support ISIS Fox News
Three New York City residents -- two with Uzbekistan citizenship, and one a citizen of Kazakhstan -- plotted to travel to Syria to join ISIS militants and 'wage jihad,' the Justice Department announced on Wednesday.
One of the defendants also offered to kill the president of the United States if ordered to do so, the criminal complaint alleged.
The men were identified as Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev, 24, a resident of Brooklyn and a citizen of Uzbekistan; Akhror Saidakhmetov, 19, a resident of Brooklyn and a citizen of Kazakhstan; and Abror Habibov, 30, a resident of Brooklyn and a citizen of Uzbekistan.
Saidakhmetov and Juraboev appeared in federal court in Brooklyn late Wednesday. Both were ordered held without bail on charges of attempt and conspiracy to provide material support to a terrorist organization. During the arraignment Assistant US Attorney Douglas Pravda said both suspects confessed post-arrest that they wanted to travel to Syria to wage violent jihad.
Habibov appeared in federal court in Florida earlier Wednesday and was also held without bail.
Federal prosecutors say two of the men came to the attention of law enforcement last summer after they expressed online support for the groups. Hilofatnews.com was an Uzbek-language website that called for readers to join the terror group, the complaint said. Authorities were able to link Juraboev to the post, the complaint said.
In August, federal agents met with Juraboev and he spoke of his hopes of fighting with the terror group in Iraq or Syria, the complaint said. He also allegedly mentioned to the agents that he hoped to harm President Obama because of 'Allah.'
Juraboev added that he would also plant a bomb on Coney Island if he was ordered to do so by ISIS, the feds charge.
Saidakhmetov was arrested early Wednesday at John F. Kennedy International Airport as he tried to board a plane headed to Istanbul, authorities said. Juraboev had plane tickets for March 29 and Habibov helped fund Saidakhmetov's trip, the complaint said.
Authorities have a recorded conversation where Saidakhmetov expressed interest in joining the U.S. military, the complaint said. He allegedly said he could offer information to Islamic militants or open fire on American troops to kill as many as possible.
According to the complaint, Saidakhmetov was recorded in January saying, I will just go and buy a machine gun, AK-47, go out and shoot all police.
The two had hopes of joining the terror group and--if their travel plans were dashed-- had intentions to commit terror in the U.S., the complaint said. Saidakhmetov--if prevented from joining the terror group-- wanted to purchase a machine gun and shoot law enforcement, the complaint said.
Saidakhmetov allegedly said, It is legal in America to carry a gun. We will go and purchase one handgun...then go and shoot one police officer...Boom...Then we will take his gun, bullets and a bulletproof vest...then we will do the same with a couple others. Then we will go to the FBI headquarters, kill the FBI people...
They were officially charged with conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
The three are expected to appear in court today.
We will vigorously prosecute those who attempt to travel to Syria to wage violent jihad on behalf of ISIL and those who support them, U.S. Attorney Loretta E. Lynch said in a statement. Anyone who threatens our citizens and our allies, here or abroad, will face the full force of American justice.
Reuters reported that there are ISIS-related investigations in all 50 states.
USA wants Russia to give up on Crimea and forget Donbass - Jonathan Cohen
On February 13, US Deputy Representative to the UN, Jonathan Cohen, stated that Russia should return the Crimea and the Donbass region to Ukraine so that the United States could lift anti-Russian sanctions.
Speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council, Cohen stressed that the United States does not accept the annexation of the Crimea. He added that the United States will never support the Russian Federation in this matter. The diplomat also said that the Minsk agreements were concluded 4 years ago, but there has been no progress reached regarding the crisis in Ukraine. Cohen called on Russia to fulfill its part of the Minsk arrangements without criticising the Ukrainian authorities for their inaction on the matter.
At the end of his speech, Jonathan Cohen said that the Russian military were still present in the east of Ukraine.
