Flying Around Pueblo, CO - With Laugh Tracks
A short video I made flying around Pueblo, Colorado on a nice and windy day. The updrafts and downdrafts were terrible. It was bumpy, but still fun. It's always bumpy in Colorado.
Pueblo Plant Protects Colorado's Blue Skies
The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant's Agent Filtration Area (AFA) cascading ventilation system helps protect Colorado's blue skies. The AFA will collect air from the two main processing buildings (the Agent Processing Building and the Enhanced Reconfiguration Building) during chemical weapons disassembly and agent neutralization to remove any toxic agents and other vapors from air circulating within the buildings and equipment. Controlled air will flow from the non-contaminated areas to the less contaminated to the most contaminated areas in the plant. This is called cascading ventilation. Air is then pulled out of the buildings and passed through the filter system using carbon absorber cells that will ensure air is filtered before it is released into the atmosphere.
PCAPP is a state-of-the-art facility that is safely destroying the chemical weapons stockpile at the depot in Pueblo, Colorado.

King of train horns? GP7 #102 Pueblo railway museum.
Volume warning-The little GP7 has one loud horn. I was told this locomotive used to service the CFI steel mill in Pueblo, Colorado. Steel mills typically have unique horns so operators do not mistake a train horn signal for a crane horn signal. Filmed July, 2014.

Found in the ruins of Native American Grand Canyon. The pueblo ruins stone house 800 years ago lived. Naively to syayan museum had been built with native stone home-related materials are on display. The stone house model seems to harden Aboriginal people lived than you think. Aborigines lived as danda in the picture for 1910 looks even in this area. Now gone are the go? When one is pure Native American Pueblo tribe lived here can be found even today. Aboriginal people living in Arizona and New Mexico and elsewhere lays just one offspring inherited the culture of the Pueblo. It is important to look at different cultures and lifestyles will look at in other aspects of their lifestyle. I hope you also have the opportunity to experience that here.

Railfanning The Joint Line From Colorado Springs to Pueblo, CO
I took to the rails in April 2015 for a first good chase with my new camera. We took off with action at Colorado Springs, where a southbound coal drag led by BNSF 9991 receives a fresh crew. The train is taken away, but The rear-end DPUs put the train in emergency about a mile down the road. The unknown problem was solved, and the train sped south to Pueblo under green signals and clear morning skies. We say goodbye to the train at Bragdon, where we head into Pueblo. We take a drive past Pueblo Union Depot, where we see the wonderful volunteers of the Pueblo Railroad Museum as they put some cylinder pump mounts onto AT&SF 4-8-4 #2912. It was a wonderful morning track side. Rate. Comment. Subscribe. ENJOY!!! Copyright Nick Valdez Railroad Photography 2015.
UP 844@Pueblo,CO Train Station in the Snow-6minHd
More than 200 people lined the railroad tracks near the Pueblo Union Depot on Tuesday waiting for a passenger train. They weren't there to ride it, just to experience its presence, to hear the whistle and the chug and watch a symbol of railroading's past go by.
The Union Pacific Railroad's historic steam locomotive, No. 844, arrived here on part of a 32-day, nine-state tour of Western states, highlighted by visits to New Mexico and Arizona, who will celebrate their 1912 entry into the union next year.
The New Mexico/Arizona Centennial Tour got under way Oct. 29 when the train left Cheyenne, Wyo. It includes supply cars, baggage car and dining and observation cars.
Mark Davis, Union Pacific spokesman, said about 15 Union Pacific employees were awarded with trips along the route. There is no sleeper car.
There's also a modern SD70ACe diesel-electric locomotive just behind No. 844's tender to provide dynamic braking, so that the historic locomotive doesn't wear out its brakes on the grades along the trip.

Celebrating 25 Years of Pueblo Pride
Tommy Farrell, President of the Southern Colorado Equality Alliance. SCEA is celebrating 25 years of advocacy for LBGTQ. The organization began in 1993 as Pueblo After 2 in response to Colorado’s Amendment 2. This amendment to the state constitution prevented people from claiming discrimination based on sexual orientation and was overturned by the Supreme Court and paved the way for Gay Marriage rulings that came later.
