Raffles City Hangzhou is located in Qianjiang New Town in the heart of the central business district. It is close to the Civic Center, the Hangzhou Grand Theatre, the Hangzhou International Conference Center & The Cultural Plaza. It will be directly connected to the subway Line 4. The design concept of the development is inspired by the flow and motion of the tides of the Qiantang River. The development was awarded the LEED Gold Pre-Certification by the US Green Building Council. Raffles City Hangzhou offers a good 360 degrees view of the Qiantang River and CBD area. It comprises a shopping mall, Grade A office tower, serviced residence, hotel and apartments.

Raffles City Chongqing, also known as Raffles City Chongqing T4N and Chongqing Chaotianman T4N , is suite of eight buildings in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, China. It features a 300-metre-long horizontal skybridge called Crystal that connects the top of four of the skycrapers. The skybridge will be the second highest in the world after the Kingdom Centre. The entire project comprises eight towers with a total of 817,000 square metres of floor space. It was designed by Israeli architect Moshe Safdie. It is one of the most expensive buildings being built in China

China's $4.8 billion horizontal skyscraper nears completion
The newest addition to Chongqing's skyline is a mega project of eight high-rises, six of which are connected by a skybridge. The Raffles City Chongqing looms over a bend in the Jialing River, where its dark-green waters meet the muddy currents of the Yangtze. The tower is 73-storey tall and is part of a project that costs 4.8 billion U.S. dollars. Prices for a 98-square-meter one-bedroom unit at Raffles City starts at four million yuan (580,000 U.S. dollars), and developers say three-quarters of the project's 1,400 residential units have been sold.

Raffles City Changning is being developed on the site of the historic St. Mary’s Hall. It is strategically located at the centre of Zhongshan park commercial area in Shanghai and will be directly connected to three subway lines (Line 2, 3 and 4). Raffles City Changning is an integrated development that comprises a large scale shopping mall, three Grade A office towers and five blocks of heritage buildings. The development presents a juxtaposition of a heritage building and new buildings offering an attractive lifestyle destination for locals and visitors. The shopping mall will offer duplex frontage for retail brands to set up flagship stores in Shanghai. It will also offer an unprecedented 1,000 metres of captivating street level retail frontage along Changning Road. The heritage buildings within the development such as the St Mary’s chapel together with the lawn just next to it will be an ideal venue for runway shows, exclusive product launches and private parties.

Dutch firm UNStudio has completed a mixed-use development in the Chinese city of Hangzhou that accommodates a hotel, offices, apartments and shops, within a pair of sinuous towers connected by a podium and landscaped plaza.
Raffles City Hangzhou was designed by UNStudio for real estate company CapitaLand. Described by the studio as a sustainable urban hub for living, working and leisure, the huge complex is located in the city's Qianjiang New Town area.
The development forms a prominent landmark in Hangzhou's new central business district, with a total area of almost 400,000 square metres spread across the two 250-metre towers, the podium building and the surrounding plaza.

UNStudio's Raffles City Hangzhou is an all-in-one destination featuring twisting glass towers
Dutch firm UNStudio has completed a mixed-use development in the Chinese city of Hangzhou that accommodates a hotel, offices, apartments and retail spaces in a pair of sinuous towers connected by a podium and landscaped plaza.
Raffles City Hangzhou was designed by UNStudio for real estate company CapitaLand and is described by the studio as a sustainable urban hub for living, working and leisure located in the city's Qianjiang New Town area.
The enormous development forms a prominent landmark in Hangzhou's new CBD, with a total area of almost 400,000 square metres spread across the two 250-metre towers, the podium building and the surrounding plaza.
The project is the largest single building completed by the firm headed by architect Ben van Berkel, which opened an office in nearby Shanghai in 2009 to oversee its design and construction.
